Chicken with cashew was dark meat scraps of chicken . I could barely find any edible chicken in the dish. Very large plate with lots of water chestnut.

This restaurant was very nicely decorated with wonderful customer service. The Chinese cusine was well presented but lacked authenticity in taste.We ordered 5 different platters (4 Asian), of which only 1 met the taste expectation- fried wings & fries.
The prices were reasonable & the portions were generous.

First time actually in the restaurant and it didn't fail to impress. People are so friendly, good was AMAZING and portions are HUGE! Literally 3-4 people could eat of one plate. When we come back to Jackson, this is on the to do list.

When we placed our order as a party of two; we both clearly stated we wanted to start with sushi rolls, split a honey chicken, and add two egg rolls. We waited forever for our sushi. The egg rolls hit the table first, followed by the honey chicken. We were confused and asked about the sushi we ordered first. At first, our server stated that it really just depends on how busy each station is. She then switched tactics to blaming us and stating that if we wanted our sushi first that we needed to tell them that. At this point, I firmly stated that we both did in fact say that we wanted to start with sushi. It seemed as though at least one manager was running the order pickup station which grew steadily busier as we sat there. So, there was no opportunity to bring the issue to a managers attention. Having come from the restaurant industry myself (20+ years), blaming the customer for your mistake is not great customer service. This place has great food and we won’t let one bad experience keep us from coming back.

We eat here weekly and have been for almost 10 years and never have we been disappointed! It’s the best sushi we’ve ever had and the customer service is always wonderful. We love Asia Garden!

I've recently moved to a small town near Jackson, TN, and it has been difficult to find a good sushi place! My mom and I had this place recommended to us by our realtor and decided after many disappointing sushi places, that we would give this one a try. My goodness, it was amazing! I have been back several times since and will continue to bring people here. The King Kong roll is INCREDIBLE and absolutely massive. I can eat a ton of sushi in one sitting and have never finished it. Unfortunately, they don't offer hibachi even though they have the tables. Last time I was at Asia Garden, I asked the server about it and they said that the hibachi tables were there when they bought the place and just never removed them. I also want to point out that the fish tanks they have are immaculate and meticulously cleaned. They are always clear and beautiful, which I think always says something about the cleanliness of a place. They do a great job! I'm just looking forward to my next trip to Jackson so I can eat here again.

Hibachi and King buffet are dog food compared to this place.. Best Japanese/Chinese in town. Anything else is a waste of time and money.

If you go in and ask for hibachi, they will seat you without telling you they do not have hibachi. Staff is subpar. The food they do serve is sickening. It's sad there is no option to put 0 stars.
