The Bakers Rack is under new management, due to the retirement of the previous owner, and unfortunately there is a HUGH Change in Food Quality. Food is No longer Great. Breakfast is hit or miss, might be good one day and not so much the next time. Lunch portions are smaller but prices are higher. Food might taste good if its your first time but for those of us who previously frequented there, it is a drastic change, very sad.

Sadly the Bakers Rack is no more, but in its place is a lovely cafe called Coco's. The meal was absolutely delicious.

I eat breakfast here a couple days a week. Good food at good price and it is south of I40. This is obviously a hang out for Jackson Old timers adds to the appeal. Service is prompt, cheerful and uplifting.

I use to visit the Baker's Rack one or two times a week for 2 1/2 years. I would take community partners here for breakfast or lunch. Unfortunately, since the new owner has taken over the consistence and quality of food has dropped drastically. In addition, the prices have been raised two or three times. Also, they are hit or miss on sending out the "special of the day" menu, via email, from week to week and do not maintain their social media pages so you can look it up; before the daily specials were consistent. Finally, they are now notorious for running out of daily special; which rarely happened prior to buy out, or not having ordered property and are missing some portion; vegetables for the daily special, portions of the club or bacon chicken wrap, roll...

My absolute FAVORITE breakfast spot in Jackson! It's so cozy, like waking up at your grandma's house and having breakfast on a saturday morning. The food is seasoned with a healthy portion of 100% pure love. I wouldn't be suprised to find out they read bedtime stories to the eggs and kiss them goodnight. Just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside every time I eat here.
