Basil And Bourbon Catering and Events

$35 chess pie purchased for Christmas. Contacted the business twice and was told twice they were sorry and would refund my purchase price. They never did. Purchased a $65 cake with this order. Cake was dry and frosting hard. Very disappointed in product and service.

I ordered a taco bar for catering this last week and the quality and quantity of the food provided was amazing! Basil and Bourbon will be at the top of my catering list for future use. Thank you again for providing us with a good quality meal for an office retirement party.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! B&B was our favorite part of wedding weekend; (besides ya know getting married) & every guest we’ve talked to has raved about it! If I could do it again, I’d change quite a bit, but not a single thing about the catering, from the rehearsal crawfish boil to the best beef tenderloin we have ever had & sides at the reception.. & the super special banana pudding for Cameron was the sweetest touch. Thank you so much for being so easy to work with and so accommodating & personable. Basil & Bourbon staff is incredible! & the meals exceeded our expectations by a long shot. thank you thank you and thank you!

Had the lobster rolls and they were absolutely amazing. Those pickles are so good too! Will definitely be a regular customer.

They catered my wedding reception and rehearsal dinner, and did the wedding cheesecake instead of a traditional cake. It was all fantastic food, especially the cheesecake. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with, including accommodating my allergies! 1000% use them for any event needing catering. Everyone raved about the cheesecake, too!

The focus is definitely on the bar. If you don't drink then there isn't much to enjoy. Mediocre food with long wait times. I've given this restaurant multiple tries and am consistently underwhelmed by service and quality.

First time dining in Bolivar and this place far exceeded expectations. The Governor’s Burger, side salad, black old-fashioned, “as you wish” cocktail, service, prices, and venue were all top-notch.
