Ordered 15 parmesan traditional wings and large onion rings. When I say awful,6 flats and 9 of the biggest drumets I've ever seen with a drizzle of wing sauce on top.I mean none at the bottom of box so we could have at least had some to help with the dryness ,this is not the first time either.I would like to have my food prepared just like they would like theirs prepared unacceptable for 30 plus dollars

Sorry folks it wasn't that good. Wings were sopping wet for my grand daughter. Wanted honey mustered on side shock my wings in it. Service kind of slow. Over priced for what I can get elsewhere.

I'm not even a big sports fan but my boyfriend really wanted to try the wings. I got a burger and fries and we both were very happy with the food and the service! I liked that the TV's had different things going on, so you could bounce between watching boxing, basketball and UFC. We really had a good time!

The burger taste like sonic and. The service is way too slow. I had to wait 25mins just for One burger and the service is just horrible I do not recommend and the Bacon is burnt The burger is still pink in Side I just noticed when I took my first bite

First time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings here in Jackson. Ordered two lunch specials for me and a coworker. We both got the All American Cheesburger that comes with fries and a drink. My coworker went and picked up the orders. We were not disappointed! The double burger was huge and overlapped the brioche bun all around. The fries were crispy and very tasty....perfectly seasoned. Neither of us was able to finish this delicious burger! I will definitely order from here again !

Never was able to order food, we were seated and finally gave up and left after 15 minutes for someone to take our order.... People seated AFTER us were actually waited on, we decided they didn't want us there so we went to another restaurant where we felt wanted

I was sitting down waiting for someone to take my order and a lot of waitresses passed by and saw me and didn’t take my order like this young black girl with pony tails supposed to.
Once we sat down it was terrible we sat down at 7pm. Our table was dirty, the sodas were not what we ordered as if the machine was not working properly. The waitress was a mess. Literally. She didn't give us napkins, when our appitizer came out and it took 15 mins to get plates to eat on. I want to say I had my family with us. It was a table of 4. Then we order burgers and 20 BONELESS wings. We got our burgers but no wings. Our waitress didn't even check on us until we were done eating.... We waited 15 MORE MINUTES until I even seen our waitress. In the wait, I needed napkins so I had to go to the bathroom and grab some for my kids. It was terrible. She finally got to us, we told her about the missing wings and she admitted she totally forgot. She said she'd comp us. Now my husband & kids isn't a fan of regular wings and we ordered BONELESS she came out with 20 regular wings. I was done. My husband was so irritated but he would just rather take it and go. I told her I wanted 3 to go plates and a check.... 10 more minutes later.... she finally came back to us. Terrible service. Idk she was completely gone nowhere to be found the entire time. I followed her to get my card because who knows how long that would've taken. I used to be a waitress so I kniw the deal.... but to not give good service and EXPECT at least an 18% tip is crazy.
Buffalo wild wings needs to get their servers together. Period. We left there at 9:15

The amount of wing sauces available here is almost unreal. Actually the main reason I like this spot to get boneless wings. Personally not a fan of sports but I am a fan of liquor and cute waitresses all of which the place has at the bar. Really, don't like the lightning or the elbow to elbow seating on weekends but the food and service was terrific. My online order was ready as soon as I approached the counter from outside.
