First time customer and I must say I will definitely be going back. Mattie was our server and she was amazing 👏 the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. They even had a little fun wishing a customer Happy Birthday.
beyond disappointed!!! as a franchise the staff is lax...not attentive nor quick with service. if it was packed understood. but looked like the regulars were hanging out and barely gave us attention. I hope the service for food gets stepped up because if not this will definitely be a game changer and will lose customers. I won't be back.

My wife and I were staying at a local hotel and decided to eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings and watch some of the NBA finals. When we walked in there was no one to seat us. There were four others who were also waiting to be seated. What we noticed is that the restaurant was absolutely filthy. There were many empty tables that still had dirty dishes and no one was cleaning these tables. Finally after several minutes a waitress came out and said sit anywhere. We told her that we wanted to sit in the bar area. She said okay and told us to sit on the other side of the wall in the bar area. We went to sit down and every high table still had dirty dishes and cups still on them. So we finally found an empty table and it was filthy. It was cleared but never wiped down. We sat down anyway and for several minutes no came to our table to wait on us. Saw several waitresses come and go from the kitchen area empty handed and had no care in the world to serve anyone or cleanup the tables. We decided to just leave and go somewhere else. The manager and the employees should be ashamed of themselves for not doing their jobs and letting that place stay in that condition. Manager should be fired. This happened on Monday night, June 16, 2025.
Ordered 15 parmesan traditional wings and large onion rings. When I say awful,6 flats and 9 of the biggest drumets I've ever seen with a drizzle of wing sauce on top.I mean none at the bottom of box so we could have at least had some to help with the dryness ,this is not the first time either.I would like to have my food prepared just like they would like theirs prepared unacceptable for 30 plus dollars

Sorry folks it wasn't that good. Wings were sopping wet for my grand daughter. Wanted honey mustered on side shock my wings in it. Service kind of slow. Over priced for what I can get elsewhere.

I'm not even a big sports fan but my boyfriend really wanted to try the wings. I got a burger and fries and we both were very happy with the food and the service! I liked that the TV's had different things going on, so you could bounce between watching boxing, basketball and UFC. We really had a good time!
