The lobby is closed and you have to order from the drive thru. They are very slow getting your food too you even though the drive thru is all they have to cover/worry about.

When I visited, Marie was working the drive-thru & she was amazing! She's the best fast food worker I've dealt with in ages -- upbeat, positive attitude; friendly; helpful; my order was 100% accurate. And my food was freshly cooked & delicious!

Hubby and I visited this place last night and it was the worst. First we went to drive thru, we did not receive all of our order and had to turn around and go back. Food was cold and even after going back they still didn't get the order right. We agreed to never go back here, it was a waste of time and money. Very disappointing.So we try this establishment again and go to the drive thru... The person at the drive thru window was very unprofessional and rude. We as a community thank you for coming to work but if you don't like your job stay home don't make the establishment that you work for look bad and receive bad reviews because of you're displeasure for your job... This is REALLY sad. I don't say this about places I visit but just close this one down because it's not getting any better.. very bad experience here. I hope the general, district and corporate management see this we must do better

The store on south Highland Ave is the worst restaurant I've ever been to think they can have items on the menu's then say they don't have it bit won't honor their own menu then when you ask for the top manager or owner they want to cuss you out and tell you to leave all because you want to complain then want to get in your face and threatened you beware of this place

Order the new meal Melt mushroom with Swiss cheese.Ask if sandwich had mayonnaise on it she said no but it does,asked for one slice of cheese put 2 slices.Bread wasn’t toasted.
Today I decided to stop in to the Burger King on South highland across the street from the courthouse. I try to be as genuinely sweet and kind as I can be especially to fast food workers because their jobs are not easy. The experience that I had at this Burger King today has caused me to lose my love for the Burger King franchise. The service was horrible. I was talked to like a dog. They would not explain things to me. Simple things like why I waited in line for almost 20 minutes only to get an old piece of chicken on a bun with wilted brown lettuce and I paid $10.69 for the meal. The chicken fries were cold. The french fries were cold. The burger had also wilted lettuce and rotten tomatoes on it. I just don't understand how you can serve food that you would not eat yourself. $36 is what I spent on that meal. It was a hassle going in and a hassle coming out and I feel that people really need to look into the management over this Burger King. The way they are treating people is absolutely horrific. They should be ashamed. NO CLASS!!!!

Reasonable price great food and salad too and tonight at 6:20 pm the lady got smart with law enforcement and very rude thru drive thru today is Friday December 1,2023 around time 11:39 am the inside close customer couldn’ting use the bathroom or go in I told them report them it’s always something going on with the employees and with them as workers

LOBBY IS OPEN! Food speed and prep is good. Front cashier is efficient and effective. Food quality is up to standards. Paper crowns are prevalent. PLEASE keep the lobby open!!
