I only have issues at this particular BK. Ordered on the app, pulled up and gave them my number. They said it would be a minute (which is fine) but they wanted me to pull up and come in and pick up my food. I was in the drive thru for a reason. I did it but I won't be back. All other BK's in this town are normal and food is always good.

Ordered dinner for myself on the app then checked in at the drive through. The Whopper was well-made and the fries were perfect. Though there weren't but 2 customers inside, this location is very efficient compared to the other Jackson locations.

Worst burger king I've ever received. Ordered an impossible whopper, opened it in the car minutues after receiving it. Completely inedible. The bun, top and bottom was soaking wet, turned to actual mush on the edges. The lettuce was old and brown. Couldn't even take one bite bc of the sogginess of the bun. It was like someone set it in a puddle before wrapping it up. Money is tight and it was just wasted on the one eating out experience I tried. Extremely unhappy.

Lunch time trip I had a special order, varying from the normal menu, and they got it right. I was greeted and helped by a tall gentleman whose name I didn't get, super friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and hot but came very quickly. I look forward to next time

Some morning on my way to MOM'S HOUSE. I stop here. This morning Tots taste like they cook in MOTOR OIL for your car. I TRIED CALLING. NA I would not dare feed my mom this food. BK get it together and change the Cooking Oil. So we can eat clean Tots! This is the second time I e had a bad incident here. 3 strike and I won't come back. Other thank that the service is pleasant. Folks in the Drive through could say Good Morning and 😃 smile.

Was not a good experience in my first visit. The man who assisted me tried to play a trick on me. I asked for a large cold coffee, he prepared it and gave it to me in a couple of minutes, but the size of the 🥤 was not right, he served me in a small size cup. As soon as I had in my hand, I felt dissatisfied and asked him, is this the large size? He barely apologized and took it back, took a larger 🥤 and added more ice to the new cup, and poor the content of the small cup and gave it back to me. The cup 🥤 was not large size either, but to avoid repeating the process, I didn't claim this time! Shame on these people who are making fair business!!!
