It had been a while since I've been to BK and boy am I happy to be back. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and the dining area was neat and clean.

Was not a good experience in my first visit. The man who assisted me tried to play a trick on me. I asked for a large cold coffee, he prepared it and gave it to me in a couple of minutes, but the size of the 🥤 was not right, he served me in a small size cup. As soon as I had in my hand, I felt dissatisfied and asked him, is this the large size? He barely apologized and took it back, took a larger 🥤 and added more ice to the new cup, and poor the content of the small cup and gave it back to me. The cup 🥤 was not large size either, but to avoid repeating the process, I didn't claim this time! Shame on these people who are making fair business!!!

We went there last night get some food for the family and when we got it it was ice cold the Whoppers and hamburgers were looks like they've been sitting for a while they were cold and hard we could even need them the french fries were find but that was the only item that was they're to call there several times last night and no one answered I live about 7 miles outside of town in the country time I would have got back there it would have been closed so I called today several times and no one answers again I'm not trying to give a bad review on the place but they could be much better like answering the phone having fresh food we work hard for our money and we go to restaurants as a customer we expect hot and fresh food

Stopped in aroud 3pm for a quick bite. Took forever to get our order. They didn't put onion rings in the deep fryer until AFTER our sandwiches were made. I'm only giving 2 stars only because they gave us 2 zesty sauces since we were sharing the onion rings. Total lack of management skills and multitasking. They concentrate MORE on the drive-thru than people waiting in the lobby to order.

This BK has an excellent crew. Today's service was good and even attention is paid in the tight wrapping of the burger. My number 2 combo was everything a BK Whopper should be and the 4 piece nuggets came directly from the fryer. The lobby and kitchen is kept clean and the crew is amiable. I also do a lot of deliveries from here and this location has it on the rack ready for pick-up almost ALWAYS on time. Being a former fast food worker myself it's good to see people take pride in the work that they do.
