Well, I never do this but I felt I had to with how I was treated...I told the lady in drive thru at the intercom twice that I wanted a #1 Larged and when I got to the window she handed me a small coke..I said is this a large? And a another lady that looked to be the manager said No!! , you didn't order a large. I said Yes, I did!! But it's whatever...she never offered to fix it or anything...she had a bad attitude!! Then when they gave me my food, I asked nicely if I could get 1 ranch...the manager said hateful...that will be 25 cents..I was like okay?? But in my head I'm thinking you messed up my order, did not offer to fix it but is still gonna charge me 25 cents?? But I just gave the lady the 25 cents...she took FOREVER and just stood there for the longest before she came to the window with my ranch sauce... I grabbed it and started to pull off...she then proceeds to holler out the window cussing at me saying "why did you snatch that out of my hand!!" I was like what???? What are you talking about?? She acted like she seriously wanted to fight me...I just drove off...like how is a manager going to act like that?? That's the worst service I have ever had in my whole life...but it was all the manager lady, not the other workers, they were nice

This place as far as food and service has really turned itself around and although the lobby was closed this morning due to a staffing issue it was the only of the 3 I visited today that didn't have filth and smudge all over the entryway glass. The DTOT had surprisingly fresh buttery biscuits and deep fried sausage out the window in no time flat.
Of course I come for that backyard-BBQ- "Picnic" flame cooked burger flavor with cheese ! It's a real burger. Although, they had a good deal on two hot fish burgers for $6 , I was doing that too. Not sure if that's still on.

I never give reviews but I had to this time. This is the rudest place! We were at the door to enter and these people ran up and locked the door. It was 4 in the afternoon! Then when you call them they do not answer! I wouldn't of given them one star but had to for this review.

P this is absolutely the best Burger King location in and around the surrounding counties, the food is always served fast it served exactly the way I ordered it it's always served piping hot and simply Delicious whoever is running this particular location is doing an excellent job in the mornings up until lunch time which is when I normally go their food is so good it makes me actually order extra good job at this location only the one in Lexington is horrible and the one at Christmas field cove is horrible I make the extra drive to go to the one off of the bypass because the food is always fresh made to order and worth the money
