Vegetarian options: I get the Impossible Whopper. When I first got them they were really good, but I think they changed meats or something at all locations. At least from West to East TN. cause they are not good anymore.

The food was hot in was good but the girl over the intercom did not listen to good because I told them I wanted a bacon cheeseburger with bacon cheese pickles and ketchup and only got pickles and ketchup and she's young so I guess she has selective hearing

Wow... Number 1 medium with no onions and a Dr. Pepper. I received a whopper WITH onions, medium fries and a Coke with no ice that was nearly flat. How hard can it be to get your signature meal correct? Keep screaming that you deserve more money. Maybe do your jobs correctly and EARN it!!

Was trying to go through the drive through. After sitting there a few minutes a lady came over the intercom and told me to wait. After multiple cars leaving from behind me I spoke into the intercom, Hello, the lady came back on with nasty attitude and said "I told you to wait a minute." We left.

These employees are Horrible, the older lady taking orders was rude to everyone. She didn't smile, kept looking at Drive thru @ employees is assumed, even when people were trying to order. She seemed impatient, people would tell here thank you & have a good day, she would just turn around, granted it wasn't that busy. She did ok with orders, but when you ask for condiments, you would have thought she was gonna blow up. I had tried the drive thru before going in but was only 3 cars waiting to order, but I the first car sit there for probably 10min waiting for someone to ask for their order. This place used to be really great, don't know what happened but everyone there just seemed upset.
Walked in with my two teens at 730p on a Tuesday night. There were 3 people behind the counter: 2 females and a male. The male was dragging a trash can or something. One female was leaning against the drive up window with her head set on and her head down looking at her cell phone. The other female was standing in front of the food service line, eating and looking at her phone. All three looked at us then: the one eating immediately turned and finished her food, then walked to the back. The male took what he was dragging to the back. The other female walked to the back as well. We stood there for about 45 seconds, waiting for anyone to come back to the front. No one ever came, greeted us, nothing. We decide to leave. When we walked out, there were 2 employees, standing by a car in the parking lot talking.

A lot of constant worker arguments ain't helping. I'm trying to enjoy my food and the workers are talking vulgar language. Also the mens be is disgusting
