Staff more concerned being on phones than watching the drive through...Ordered chicken Jr. Lady doesn't know the menu. She charged me for chrispy Whop. She's like it's the same thing. Ok lady, beef and chicken is the same. This place won't last much longer, at least mcdonalds gets the order right. Manager and owner need to fix this place. Terrible service.

1 star would give it 0 if I could. In the morning the lady never asks if I am too go or dine in and just expects me to know what she’s gonna say. Tried to come here at night instead either the drive though, 2 workers in the lobby just sitting around one with a headset not doing nothing, after sitting at the menu for 10 minutes I drive to McDonald next doors and got my order in less in 20 seconds

Went through the drive thru for supper daughter got a burger and fries with rootbeer. I got a little burger and chicken sandwich. Burgers were perfect! Rootbeer..... absolutely crisp! Forgot my chicken sandwich though but they resolved the issue and gave me a free large drink all with a smile love BK and the people at this one are why.

Had my wife not had to argue with the woman at the counter that they had ketchup on her burger when on the receipt clearly says no ketchup it would be better. Literally took a few minutes of them going back and forth and her telling them the other burgers were correct like 6x that this was the only mess up and still continued to argue. The accidentally made bad burger was in front of her face and she wouldn't listen.

Went through drive thru yesterday morning..9ish, to get croissant, bec. It of course is much smaller these days. It was greasey / oily, enough where it was coming through the bag. Big let down.

One of the worst burger kings. Every time I try to come here they tell me they can’t do orders. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out they just don’t want to take orders. I don’t know who owns this restaurant but they need to hire new staff and management. Absolutely terrible.
