Order at the south highland captain D's today and was so unsatisfied after I got home with my food my shrimp was cooked to hard my stuffed crabs were cooked to long like burnt my hush puppies was under cooked and to greasy falling all apart when you are biteing into it the portion size of the green beans wasn't even enough for a baby l was so heated with the cooks that was working the fryers around about 4:00 pm today 11/3/25 l was big mad when I came back home on my side of town they need some new cooks or more training l'm just sorry never again

Arrive at location at 935pm (closes at 11pm). Out of hushpuppies corn crumbles, with worker saying they were about to close. Again there over an hour before close time! Fish was not freshly cooked. Had been out under lamp and placed back in oil to reheat thus overcooked!!
Not the best Captain Ds. The garlic butter shrimp were small and overcooked, the fries were fresh and the fish was fresh and hot but I ordered it spicy and was given regular. Sat in the drive through at the window for around 5 minutes, the person in front of me also sat at the window for around 5 minutes. They did give plenty of sauce.

I got the spicy fish two pieces and it did not disappoint. Everyone working at this location truly deserves a raise! I come every time on my way out of Jackson. Especially my cashier, she was fast, and friendly. I got my food in three minutes and it was fresh hot and delicious 😋 yummy

No frys wrong drink waited 20 minutes and my sandwich isn't the spicy like I ordered and taste like a wet floor. livid just threw away 20$. Thanks
