Decided to visit a couple antique stores in Jackson TN today. Carriage House Antiques was a great place. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I asked about pocket knives and a young man gave me a tour and informed me of their location throughout the store. They have a cafe in the middle of the many booths. The place was clean and pretty well organized I found some things a bit pricey The customer service etiquette of the woman at the front of the store is non-existent Buried amongst all the signs behind the checkout is the one one where a military discount is available My husband didn’t see it until his transaction was almost completed When he mentioned it she said, oh well maybe next time When I noticed it after they had begun to rung up, I said something about it...
Just had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Teresa Ide (and her husband, William) went above and beyond expectations to help me when I had come to an absolute dead end trying to find a particular item. Ya'll saved the day. THANK YOU!!!!
