The food, the customer service, and the atmosphere is still great to me!!

The buffet was cheap. The food was delicious I can't complain about nothing.

WORST all you can eat buffet! Paid $40 for 2 people. Buffet was cold, dried out as at appeared to be out on the buffet for several hours. Most items empty, and not replenished in a timely manner. When brought to management attention, nothing was done about it.
Do NOT waste your time or money!

The service at the Casey Jones was awesome. The price for my party of 7 was around $175.00, which is a very good price for the food they had prepared on the buffet. The waitress we had was sweet as could be. We came in late, but they greeted us like good friends. I recommend the Casey Jones buffet to anyone visiting Jackson Tennessee.

Every time I’m in Jackson, I’m going there every time! I love the buffet

Food was good. Service was good. $55/2 adults
I only got what was in the picture and wasn't able to take the very minimum out and they threw it away. Even if they would have weighed it and charged for me extra to bring it out I would have been happy but they didn't. They just throw it away. Too many starving people for that.

Just left the restaurant, was not impressed, the bacon very greasy, the eggs were watery, tried the pancakes they were undercooked and had no flavor. Was excited about trying the grits, they were thick and lumpy, I even tried adding butter and sugar, just turned more stiff. The potatoes were ok, cold and under seasoned. And the chicken was horrible tasting.The waitress was ok, seemed like they were so focused on trying to take care of locals or return customers, rather than trying to give new customers a good experience. I left two stars but really it should have been less than one, I won't be returning or recommending this to anyone traveling through. Very very disappointed

I’ve been here before over 10 years ago. Today I checked the website and it says the buffet is open till 8PM. Called to confirm it was open till 8PM. They said yes. I pull up at 6:40 and they were closed.

Great place to eat.
