Food here is trash. Soda doesn't taste right. They got 2 bathrooms but when I asked for a key, I was told those are not for costumers 🤷♂️

I do not leave many reviews for places but I really love the Checkers in Jackson, TN! The food is always fresh and good, and the girl who works the drive-thru window and calls me “friend” when she greets me literally makes my whole day. She’s so polite, always smiling, and has such a positive attitude. Her smile is infectious! I love coming here for her alone!

Normally my experiences are great here. But not on my most recent visit. If the manager wants to get mad and attempt to get attitudes dont want to work or be nice to there customers then they should not be a manager. You should be more professional not tell me what your not dealing with today. If you place an online order and your machine is messed up and your arguing with me about my order that I placed online. You need to tell your store owner to fix the problem and not take it out on the customers. I couldn't get her name no name tag but she made it known. That she was the manager. She needs to find somewhere to work who will deal with her issues and problems. She maybe having because bad customer service can hurt a business.The food was made fresh and it was hot. Thank to the lady in the back cooking and the young man who handed me my food was very nice!
I used to visit this location quite frequently a while back. A lot has changed in the past couple years. They now have an automated drive thru system (not the problem), and a staff who works on two people (at least today anyway) that acquired an attitude with me after I placed my order on the speaker, pulled to the window where nobody came as I waited for what seemed to be several minutes. I finally pulled around to the front of the building to see if I could see anyone working. Long story short, I thought I only saw one employee working, fortunately there was a second person. The funny part was the one who came to the window, where I was patiently waiting, caught an attitude with me when I said that I was at the drive thru window but pulled around after a few minutes after no one came to the window, after opening the window to ask me how she could help. I could see a reason to give me an attitude if I had been rude, but I was just there trying to get food on my break. I wound up canceling my order after that and went elsewhere. I don’t plan on returning to Checkers after this experience.. or at least around 3 on a Sunday afternoon.

Food is always cold and greasy, the workers stay on their phones & not wanting to truly work, long wait times just to receive old, cold food. This place needs to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED BEFORE SOMEONE DIES OF FOOD POISONING due to poor management and work ethics. If I could give NO STARS I would. If you request a refund it's wait 2wks till manager come in or call POLICE

I grew up with Checkers/Rally's, but live outside of their territory these days & always stop here when in Jackson. Honestly, the service is usually bad, that was nothing new.
The automated drive-through made it worse. I tried to add fries to my order & it got confused. When I got to the window, I told the young man working that I wanted to add a fry & he didn't say a word, just punched it into the touch screen & told me to pull up.
I get my food, which was two of their small burgers. I ate the first one & opened the second, there was a big chunk torn from the bun. There's no way the person making the burger didn't notice this, it was a hole the size of a dime on a little bun & it looked like a bite had been taken out of. I was tired, hungry and running late, so I wasn't in the mood to ask for another $2 burger. I threw that half of the bun out & looked at the lettuce on the patty, there was part of a core & it was black with mold. That was it. I split. Never eating at this Checkers again, or any fast food restaurant in Jackson as they ALL seem to have service issues.

Miss Tootie was The Only Good Thing Bout My trip that day. The food made us sick ! Like my son didn't get thru his sandwich B4 he had to throw it up and I had nasty stomach issues for two days after a half order of Fry's . I didn't set any of my sandwiches due to seeing what happened with my son
