One of the best fast food places in jackson...rarely do they get it wrong. Donald was amazing at making sure everything was correct when the automated voice was wrong...he's definitely an asset!

Honestly best fries I’ve had, but disappointed with every other aspect. Rude employees, a literal fake AI robot taking your orders so they don’t repeat it back to you and you don’t correct them in the wrong orders and just charge you without telling you your order. Everything time I’ve gone here and ordered buffalo tenders (because it’s my favorite) I always have to go back and get them re-done because they didn’t do it.
Seems like a small complaint but, this place needs to get better….

I recently visited and of course I thought my food was gonna be spectacular but when she came out within 2 minutes I knew something. Cheese wasn't melted on burger and not enough bacon to be a Baconzilla. Please do better, this burger is almost $10. I expect way more, of course

Never have i had to wait on food at this restaurant but today it took 16 minutes and to.make it worse, the apple pie was left out of bag. Had to go back and get it and that cost time and money.

The workers here are insanely lazy. They smoke weed inside the store, you can often smell it so string from the drive through and it goes into your vehicle. They ALWAYS forget something on your order. Always check before you leave. Everyone here should be fired and then the place should be retaffed. Checkers is great but this us the worst one you could go to.
