Everything was good, we loved the food. But the lady working there as night shift creeped us out!! She asked us to drive our car and asked for money although she told she was joking but it was really unusual and creeped us out.

The crew here was incredible. I was at the end of a very long road trip, moving across the country with 3 children in the car. They accidentally mixed a burger up and immediately fixed it and were just really great. The food was hot and tasted as expected.

Very rude woman , after pulling up in parking spot I got out to go was my hands. After about 2-3 steps toward bathroom the woman can out and hollowed there isn’t any public bathrooms I said I was planning to eat at one of the tables and was ordering after I washed my hands. She’s said again there wasn’t any public restrooms. I said even if I order. She said I don’t care what you order you aren’t using the rest rooms. I told her if I couldn’t was my hands I was going to leave she said bye. I eat at your location a lot during the warm weather and so do some of my friends. So from this point forward we will not be going back. I believe TN law says that if you have places to sit and dine you must have a rest room . I’ll check this with the health dept.

Another time where the frozen drink machine was down.So bought combo and got no drink.They did not behave cheese.15 mins from order to getting food.You can't expect good when no one cares

This was my first time eating at Checkers. Over all, I had a good experience. The burgers were fresh and had a good flavor. The fries tasted very good and fresh. My only complaint is I ordered a small cheeseburger and was supposed to come with mustard and ketchup and no pickle. Instead, it came plain. I would definitely eat here again. ?
