I normally get the chicken fettuccine Alfredo weekly, sometimes twice. The sauce has been more like paste instead of sauce. The chicken was also undercooked last time. This is highly disappointing, because it was my personal treat. This is a $20 meal and I will not waste my hard earned money here again.
I ordered meatloaf. It should have been two pieces as I was sharing my meal. When I got it it was one and another small piece looked to have maybe just broken off. I did go back but was greeted with a tremendous attitude. I also did not get croissants with my meal. It was almost an hour before my replacement was ready. The food was not fresh and the meatloaf was a weird texture. It’s usually really good.

I went for my 22nd birthday and will continue to come every year (if not more often) best experience at a restaurant I've ever had. Lexi Dawn was an AMAZING waitress. She was so patient and nice and funny and recommend all the good drinks. She definitely matched the vibe of me and my friends who went. I would go here everyday if I could.

Absolutely fantastic service! Isaiah was so attentive. Our order was correct and we ordered drinks and appetizers and many entrees! He made sure our drinks were never empty, he was checking on us regularly, but not overbearing. This is the best service we have had in years! The food was hot and well cooked with flavor! Dear Isaiah please keep being an extraordinary young man with absolutely magnificent customer service! We hope you go far in this world! God bless you!
I like Cheddars...it used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but for the past few years, this location has been hit or miss. Unfortunately, yesterday was a miss. My wife had the chicken fried steak with broccoli cheese casserole and loaded baked potato. I had the chicken fried chicken with the same sides. The broccoli cheese side was barely warm and appeared to be old. It was a sticky mess. My wife's baked potato was fairly large and mine was about half the size. It was also barely warm. Butter wouldn't even melt. Our server forgot to bring our crescent rolls and we had to ask twice. Did not get them till halfway through our meal. My wife's chicken fried steak was very good and golden brown. My chicken fried chicken was almost burnt and very greasy. I really wish Cheddars would be more consistent with their food and service.....I truly would like it to be one of my favorite places to eat in Jackson.

The food was good but the service sucked! Our waitress tried but couldn’t get the beer right and had to change out the keg. She tried to get the manager to come out and talk to us but I guess she wasn’t interested. We never got our order right. This makes the second time our service was crappy! We won’t be back!
