We visited the Chick-fil-A inside Jackson Madison General Hospital several times, while my dad was in the hospital. Staff is very nice and friendly and the food was great. Far less expensive than the hospital cafeteria.

They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line, as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reason for that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app,...
