As an food delivery driver, my experience has been mixed. Some times they are nice and helpful, but there have been several times my delivery was left sitting on the counter while employees socialized and when I took it I was scolded. Then there have been times they demanded to look at my phone to ensure I'm confirming the pickup. Yet I witness them handing orders to others with out looking at their phones. Whatever the policy it needs to be posted and applied universally. Nobody wants to be treated like a suspect, while they are trying to make a a living. I definitely don't feel welcome and probably would never go there to spend my own money.

Chick fil a used to be so good but they changed their chicken and now it has brown spots and fat in almost every nugget so I won’t be returning

My family and I stopped in here on a road trip and made a mobile order. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location. When this chick fil a realized the issue they called the other location to notify them then they promptly made my order and got us back on the road. They were so polite regardless that it was my mistake.

Order the chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were fine but the sandwich was not fully cooked through. It gave me food poison. Will not be eating at this one ever again. The cook should make sure what they send out is edible and not going to make people sick.

For whatever reason They cannot get an order, right. Two occasions now I have asked no butter on my chick minis, It comes out, literally dripping butter with soggy bread No one wants to eat that ever
