Worst Chick Filet I have EVER been in. Bathroom was TERRIBLE. Usually the customer service is very good at other Chick Filets where we admire the teenagers that are courteous. Not here... far from it. I even overheard one of the managers explaining to one teenager what they should NOT have done in the lobby.. And the kig just talked back with all kinds of excuses .

Time and time again there food has not bene fresh and hot. Fries taste like they've been sitting for too long. The sandwich was clearly over fried and was not great. Sadly my chick fil a days are over. Just tired of paying high dollars for low quality food and long wait times.
I normally have great service. But a waited a long time to get my food. As i watched the food going out the window i stood there for about 7 minutes waiting.

Just when I thought CFA wouldn't let me down. The sausage hashbrown scramble bowl I got was pitiful. You could see the bottom when I got it. Hardly anything in the bowl. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message. The franchise owner, Grant, called me back and after a brief conversation he apologized refunded my money and offered me a free bowl on my next trip. Mistakes do happen and Grant made good on it. Thank you!
I was visiting Memphis, Tennessee a couple days ago and stopped by this location off interstate 40. It was very clean and welcoming. The service was fast and prices are great. I enjoyed my meal and will be back whenever I am in the area.
