I’ve been ordering Dr. Pepper’s with french vanilla syrup for a few months now. This week they say they “can’t do that” after months of doing it. Disappointing.. And the nuggets were soggy even though it’s right at lunch when they should be fresh.

I got the Market Salad. It was delicious! There was fresh fruits and a good bed of lettuce and thinly sliced chicken in it. Topped off with granola and sliced Almonds if you wanted. Could not be beat!

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru on a mobile pickup. Spoke to an employee after people start honking, they asked me to move to pickup parking. Waited another 10 minutes, to go inside just to be told it was pending in the system by the manager. In their words it happens all the time, so why not say that when I checked in and u didn’t see the order. 45$ worth of food never started. Got a refund,. I’m stopping at Kroger, I’ll be frying my own chicken. I ordered because it’s fast food. Popeye’s is faster.

Why are they still In business? They have the worst customer service they do not speak or greet you like the TOP location on vann drive. You pull up and they're just standing there with smirks on their face looking crazy. Not even saying my pleasure or thank you for coming. Vann drive please come train them!!

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pretty much a typical Chick Chick-fil-A.
Unfortunately, they forgot the ice cream so we had to turn around and come back. We did have a complicated order so I don’t think it’s terrible. I will still give them a good amount of stars.
However, it was quite a wait to get our food maybe about 15 minutes which I guess is not too bad. Overall speaking, but forgetting something on top of that was a bit frustrating, especially since we already left and had to come back. That being said they were very nice to quickly solve the problem.

I asked for GRILLED chicken nuggets because it would be easier on my stomach. But I got fried nuggets so not only was I charged for GRILLED nuggets which is a dollar extra but now I don't have time to rectify the situation because I have to go to my own job. I wouldn't be so mad but it's the fact I got charged extra for something I didn't even get. Pay attention. It's not hard to read.
So I usually order on app but I had cash today so I went through drive through. I ordered 30 pc nuggets, chicken biscuit with cheese meal large lemonade & a large fruit. Apparently the person taking order couldn’t speak or hear. Order not repeated back to where I could hear so I got a large root beer instead of fruit & girl taking $ ask me to take it anyway because I had paid for it ?♀️. Come on kids get it together. My grandkids didn’t have fruit because nobody wanted to make order right. ?
