I work down the street from here at an office and I eat here 1- 2 times a week, this is the best Chick fil A, in Jackson, friendly and clean and helpful, the workers have good attitudes, and the place was clean and when you take a break from work you don't want to be stressed out trying to get lunch with rude worker and bad food. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great Place to Work and eat from what I can see.

The food was absolutely delicious! They seem to care also. There is such a good atmosphere in the Chick-fil-A restaurants! They're really eager to get everything just right! I really appreciate that! We eat here often also!!Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere being so pleasant makes it a great place to take your kids!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample room for wheelchair and it is marked on the pavement

This is a VERY busy place, as most CkFilA's are. I did a walk in, easier for me. Employees were very helpful, bagged my orders separately as requested. Food was ok, price was reasonable. I'm not the biggest fan of the grilled chicken. Has no "grilled" taste to it, or mine didn't. I'd go back, will try something else.
I decided to try out the new “Mobile thru” feature at this store, and I watched people who ordered in the drive thru as I was getting there get their food before me. And they got my order wrong. Safe to say I will not be using that feature again.
