I told them it was my first time ever eating there and they were super nice and super helpful. The food was so good! The bowl was so big I ate on my food for 2 days lol

I was the only customer in the whole store at 6:30pm and it took them 25 minutes to get me a bowl to go. I was given 2 of the smallest scoops of rice I have ever received. The chicken was not ready so I had to wait for it to be cooked. I was offered no discount for having to wait, no coupon for my next visit. There were 5 employees behind the counter, I have no idea why the service I was given was absolutely abysmal. If you come here be prepared to stand for 25 minutes, eat at a dirty table and be treated like they don’t even want to serve you.

going into the restaurant no one was there to take my order. Everyone was just standing around. I got three tacos and got 2 pieces of meat on each taco like that is enough to eat. I asked for extra she rolled her eyes and then chartered me $6 for extra meat!! We told them multiple times our chips were stale and they started talking about us and shaking their heads. A terrible first time experience I will not be coming back here!!

If you want to order a quesadilla, the stupidity of having to order it online, as opposed to in person at the store is ridiculous. So you ordered your burrito, bowls in person and then have to go online to order a quesadilla That's ridiculous.

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes while multiple employees walked back and forth without acknowledging that I was standing there. Corn salsa was out, so the employee walked to the cooler, opened the door, and stood there looking at his phone. For real?!! Trash cans overflowing. This location SUCKS.
Nice folks, great service, terrible food. I've never experienced BAD Queso Blanco before today. It almost tasted ruined. Not only is the price outrageous but the only good thing about the burrito was the rice and the way that it was rolled. Even the chips were cooked unevenly, some had soggy corners. I hate half the burrito and then threw everything else to the dogs.

They don’t give you full portions. Also, I WAS going to get the barbacoa but I saw they had dropped lids into the meat. I brought this to a employees attention but they were slow to address the issue. Not sure I’ll eat here again.
