Had an okay time at Chuck E. Cheese. The kids had fun, and the games kept them entertained. But I have to mention the pizza—specifically the pepperoni pizza. I paid for a pepperoni pizza and it came with a grand total of three pepperoni. Not exactly what you’d expect when you’re paying for a topping. Felt a bit shortchanged on that one. Hopefully they can do better with the food next time.

The food was delicious and very good but, I need to address the atmosphere and service. The people at the front would not be attentive nor helpful and the atmosphere was crusty and half the games were broken. I would recommend you to eat there and leave.

DONT COME HERE, ITS VERY OUTDATED.
I really wanted to give this place a good review however when we went we walked in and were greeted. However after taking a look around there were only two workers in the whole store. It didn't stop there we were taking our son to the trampoline zone, it was closed due to low staffing. We then went to play some games, most games were either giving a error message, or not giving the right amount of tickets out. To make matters worse we took our son to go eat, so we went to pause the game cards. It gave a your timecard is paused message. After eating I went to take my son to go play some games. We swiped both our games cards and it gave a zero credit balance message. We then had one of the workers look at it, the employee claimed that we used all our time on the cards. I tried to explain to the employee that we paused it and showed a picture of the paused time card. The employee then claims they don't know what the issue is since the system saids that all the time had been used. There was 15 minutes left on both cards when we paused them, meaning we were cheated out of 30 minutes of free play because the machine was broke. Overall when we went to redeem the tickets we waited almost ten minutes till an employee noticed us and finally came to help us. Overall the employee's were nice, but the way this place is run is very sad. Overall I discourage anyone to come to this place, its not a fun place it use to be, a lot of things are outdated and in need of repair. I suggest Dave and Busters over this place.

My boys absolutely LOVE Chuck E Cheese in South Jackson. We've gone every two weeks the last 2 months. Since my son's are smaller, they play or ride the little kids stuff but my husband and I help them with the bigger stuff as well. We love it. Love seeing them play and learn and laugh and overall, be happy kids!!! Thank you Chuck E Cheese! Also, if you do the survey, they do give 30 minutes of FREE playtime! It works as I did try this coupon yesterday Feb. 7th, 2025.
Kid-friendliness: Kids LOVE chuck e cheese character & everything about this place, the new trampoline area is only $12 for all you can jump & it's absolutely AMAZING for the smaller children.
Friendly & accommodating. Patient enough to walk you through the Fun Pass stuff for the first time. The kiddos had a blast. We'll definitely be returning

Chuck E. Cheese was a fun experience overall, especially for my son, who had a great time playing games. We were there for a birthday party, and while the entertainment side of things was enjoyable, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The girls behind the counter were completely distracted on their phones, and my son and I stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Since I had never been there before, it felt pretty awkward just waiting without direction, even though the sign clearly said to wait to be admitted. There were at least four employees standing around, but no one was actively assisting guests.
I later found out we were supposed to get numbered wristbands for safety, but no one was stationed at check-in, so we didn’t receive them. The food looked and smelled great, though we didn’t get any this time. Despite the customer service issues, my son had a blast, which is what really mattered in the end. However, as a parent, I definitely think the staff could be much more attentive.

This was my first time ever being inside of a Chuck E. Cheese and it wasn't half bad. The games were decent and the pizza was pretty good. I took my niece and she had a ton of fun. I would definitely take her again. I will say if I was younger I would probably enjoy it more.
Kid-friendliness: It has a ton of games for kids. I would say it is a very kid friendly place.
