The false advertising regarding the jumper. We drove nearly an hour after promising our visiting grandchildren there would be jumpers there. We all were very disappointed

Me my wife and my daughter love going to Chuck e Cheese almost once a month we will go and play games eat the delicious pizza, however the person dressed in the Chucky costume is always being a little too much with my wife, this past Sunday we went around noon and not once but twice I had to stand between him and my wife, he first kept asking for a high five which we all gave him but when it came to my wife’s turn he tried holding her hand and I told him not to do it again, next interaction he came up behind her and intentionally ran into her from behind and lingered and I slightly pushed him away and said stop, after that he decided to stay on the other side of the arcade where I witnessed him doing it to another woman as well, we love Chuck E. Cheese but the dude in the costume needs to focus on entertaining the children and not himself on the mothers inside.

Pizzas expensive and no longer include any game tokens? Bathrooms not working. Unbelievable. Had to walk over to mall to use bathroom. Will not return.

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. From the start I got the feeling we weren't welcome there. 2 adults and 3 small children standing at a gate that says wait to be seated. The lady told us to just come in, we weren't welcomed or asked what we want she just stared at me and shook her head like "some time today" I had no idea if I had to pay to get in or buy tokens or cards, turns out I had to buy food. There were 5 of us we paid for 4 drinks she couldn't be bothered to count the cups of which we were given 11. She acted extremely bothered when I had no idea were to go get my pizza from she just kept pointing, which apparently meant I was supposed to go into the kitchen and get my pizza which I expected would be as terrible as it was but it wasn't even cut all the way through. So after my kids and 2 or 3 seemingly unaccompanied children finished our pizza the kids wanted to play games. We found that several of the games didn't work, were missing balls or parts. Which for the price is unacceptable, too bad there isn't anyone to complain to. As we were ready to leave the kids wanted to buy stuff with their tickets. How my honor roll kids only managed to rack up 300 tickets each in 2 hours and the lady with 1 kid who had been there for an hour managed to get 3 items that took 15000 tickets is beyond me but even if my kids had gotten that many tickets it wouldn't have mattered because after 10 mins of standing in line behind the same person the lady just walked off without acknowledging us, when I went to ask her if someone could help us she rolled her eyes and continued her conversation about getting her nails done. We finally just left. If it wasn't for chuck-e's masterful pimpwalk I wouldn't have been entertained at all. This was a magical place when I was a kid, chuck-e taught me how to play basketball, this location needs to start from scratch in my opinion. Avaid this place it's a waste of $122.

They guy dumped our drinks out when we walked away from our table to continue playing. We were the only ones there. There was still 30 min. Left till closing. He also tried to throw our pizza away while we were still sitting there actively eating when there were 2 slices left on the tray. We seemed a little rushed. Other than that we had fun playing the games.

Pizza was okay, but very overpriced.. Most of the games worked this time. The best way to play is to buy the hour cards instead of putting an actual amount on the play card. There aren't that many games, so an hour was just enough time for the kids to play everything and get bored/hungry. We saw Chuck walking around for a birthday party. Service wasn't the best, but I've had worst.. it wasn't very welcoming. We couldn't get anyone to the ticket counter. Employees were walking past us or looking at us and the customer ahead from the main register at the front, but didn't offer to help or to find someone who could.. it wasn't exactly busy at that time. We just ended up leaving without cashing in our tickets on the play cards. Kids seemed satisfied.

I took my now 5 year old up for his birthday. It wasn't very busy on a Wednesday, but it gave the kids that we're there room to run. They have alot of new arcade games and a few of the classics like Ski-ball and air hockey. A few of the attractions even take pictures so you can record the event, whatever it may be. Prices weren't bad either. The facility was clean and the lady behind the counter was very sweet. Overall it was a great experience as a parent and the kiddo had a blast also.

Love the staff there today. The young lady that serves as manager is so friendly and helpful. The Second Lady (long braids) was very friendly and considerate.

First they did not take the safety precautions that they are supposed to by stamping the kids hands and parents to ensure the safety of the kids. This bothered me quite a bit. Then they lost our pizza order twice. The staff was not very friendly and the whole experience was meh.

We've done a couple birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese and I've always been pleased with our experience. The pizza is surprisingly good and I love that they guard the door and make you stamp the children for thier safety. It's always been extremely busy that's my only complaint.

My children Love visiting Chuck E Cheese. They have upgraded although I'd recommend new games for the evolving technology world. The food seems to be pricey but anything for my kiddos. Overall great experience.Kid-friendliness: Adult to Child Ratio 1:3. Very kid-friendly. The toddlers would enjoy it, especially with the colors all around.
