When I went to drive thru they made me wait until they answered the speaker when I started ordering I asked for a cheddar style burger no grilled onions no mayo, then I also asked for a chilli cheese fries and a sprite which was suppose to be 2 but only got 1 I also ask for a cheese burger but they did not get that with my order I also order a m&m ice cream and it smelled bad and it tasted bad like it was expired, the burger they gave me was disgusting the buns was soggy the meat was hard and burnt, the chilli cheese fries had 2 pieces of hair in it that I found and one of the employees was rude in the window when I was just tryna check if my order was correct with all due respect you can do better thank you

The guy taking orders was the RUDEST guy ive ever come across..
Context, people in the back we laughing and cursing (not a big deal) out comes an employee after waiting 3-4 min at the order stand.. only to be greeted by a guy throwing his hands up asking what we need.... honestly I wanted to drag this dude for being so rude..
Best part as we were waiting for our food, two more people came in trying to order only walk out pissed off after there interactions with the same employee

I thought I was going to chill for a bit, eat my food, and get a little work done on my phone while I passed some time until my appointment. They were playing country gospel oldies. Stuff my grandma (born in the 1930s) would have listened to. 😫 My poor ears. 🙉 Made it kind of clear they're aiming for a particular demographic. But! The service was excellent and the restroom was decent.

Amazing food , don’t get sauce on your burger if you’re heading home with it . Will get soggy. Pleasantly surprised on how good the food is . Got two burgers Two drinks Three quesadillas And a walking taco For 18$ Good food . Will be my go to from now on

Food Poisoning!! I was feeling totally fine all day yesterday. I went to Cookout about 12:15 and ordered a cheeseburger. About 2.5- 3 hours later, I became very nauseated. I ended up projectile vomiting on the way home.

The people are great. I met some of the nicest people, food always smells amazing, and the kitchen staff let me build my own creations. If they get on your nerves ask for pickles on the side. I absolutely love it here. It is cheap despite this expensive world and the lobby always looks perfect unless you catch them after a lunch or dinner rush. Ask for Tank for good food. Ask for Sisi for service with a smile. Ask for Cam if you need a laugh and want to speak to the man in charge.

Wanted a hot dog. Got a hot dog and fries. Fries were very good and the place had a clean and fresh appearance. The hot dog taste was very good as long as you like a little hot dog with your bread. They must have looked long and hard to find that small a hot dog. It was a shame to waste good preparation on such a small hot dog. Cannot comment on other food but skip the hot dog.
