I thoroughly enjoy frequenting CookOut. The staff is friendly. Mgr. Cameron’s leadership is A+. Accuracy and efficiency is noted each time I visit during his shift along with his award winning smile! Solid Customer Service is a must when choosing an establishment to dine. Mgr. Cameron checks off all the boxes.
Me and my family’s first time ever eating here. I met my husband there for his lunch break at work (he’s only given 30 minutes) The first impression were good, they had Christian music playing but after ordering our food we realized we were missing a few items (of course it was my husbands meal) we went back up to the counter to notify her of the missing item and the proceed to get an attitude with us. They tell us that they never rung us up for those specific things, and we would need to order and pay again. Our choices were to wait for him to get his food and let ours get cold or eat while it’s hot and eat without him. It was their mess up and instead of making it right, we still had to pay for it a second time and my husband had to eat his food in less than 10 minutes. Overall, the food alone was not good enough to come back again but the service we received definitely confirmed it for us. I would not recommend cook out! My huge family of 7 will gladly spend 80 dollars elsewhere.

When I arrived they had just received a group of possibly 50-80 people and It was amazing how efficient and quickly the orders were filled and ready and how quickly they cleaned the tables after the people left staff at this location are truly amazing great food and delicious and amazing selection

The food is good especially the chicken quesadilla. When you order sides like Cheese curds or onion rings you literally only get 4!! They are very stingy when asking for any type of sauce as well. Some of the drive thru workers will not even speak to you even when you speak to them. These type of things will eventually close the place down if there is no improvement.

Most recent visit, ordered double parties and double side , paid for, waited over 30 minutes for order, get it and it's incorrect, bring it to management and told they are out of double patties and can't do double sides cause of lack of product, then I had to demand multiple times just for my money back since they couldn't deliver what I paid for. Whole time, there were multiple people waiting 30 minutes or longer for orders but walk in (friends) would get their orders moments after they arrived... Staff is nothing but rude, even by Jackson standards

Try the $1.99 menu! BLT very good!! Lots of bacon. French fries. And the thickest best strawberry milk shake!! My cousin got the same plus a walking taco.
Absolutely disgusting place. Piss poor service. Not a single clean table in the place. We had to clean one to use. Mold on the ice dispenser. Wasn’t busy at all so no excuse for the absolute nastiness. Wouldn’t eat here again.

I was a first time customer and I will definitely be back. Went through the drive through and the woman that took my order was kind, friendly and patient allowing me to look over the extensive menu. The parking lot was clean and from what I could see at the drive through window the inside was spotless. My order came in a timely manner, the food and sweet tea where magnificent and the price was very reasonable. We can't wait to go back to try different menu items. 😋 Yes, I would say that Cook Out is a diamond in the ruff. 😋
