Coyote blues is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever had they're fast I didn't even get time to eat my chips and salsa and they was coming out with my plate of food

Nice waitress. Good ground beef taco. Oily and rather spicy but good. Just drain it as you are eating

Last order taco salad 2 inches of grease in bottom of shell uneatable . Over seasoned beef to the point a slug would run the other way. Not sure what's changed at coyote blues but the owner needs to get off vacation and get back to work!!!!!!!!!!

The food was good, but they love the jalapeños. Even when I told the waitress I wanted NOTHING hot (spicy) I got a ranch dip and egg rolls that were hot. She didn't know. Other than that, the food was good. They have mainly a Mexican menu with other foods such as chicken and crawfish. Couldn't tell if they were trying to be tex Mexican or Cajun.

When I first saw that this was supposed to be a Cajun/Mexican fusion restaurant, I was excited. Perhaps I let my excitement get away from me. I was expecting something unique and punchy and vibrant. Well, that's not what this place is.

I'm my mind, I expected fusion ideas to be on the menu. I had dreams of some kind of jambalaya stuffed in a burrito and topped with some kind of gravy. Or maybe there would be a gumbo with chorizo sausage and chicharons topped with multi-colored tortilla strips. Instead, what I saw was very basic Mexican and Cajun dishes with the opposite garnish. So, a gumbo... just topped with avocado.

I want to be clear. My food was not bad. It was well made and tasted just fine for what it was. It was just more basic than I was hoping for. I had hoped for something adventurous. What I got was something safe.

If you know what you're getting and are looking for that, you'll be quite pleased with this place. If you're looking for something new and exciting, this isn't the restaurant you're looking for.

We came for brunch Sunday and received excellent service from the host, our server Chantelle, (forgive me if I misspelled) and the kitchen alike! We are very pleased with this place and enjoy our visits on Sunday. Thank you for providing excellent food and service! We leave happy with full bellies, our 14 month old daughter also loves the food 😉

The duck quesadilla is out of this world! Voted best burger 2 years in a row so we had to try it and it was amazing! The service is always great and we love to eat here!

I had an amazing experience at Coyote Blues during the night shift! The service was top-tier — Shantel truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to get that kind of energy and professionalism so late in the evening! Definitely will be coming back — Shantel made the night one to remember. 💯👏🏽
