we took my mother n law to dinner there last night. I ordered a burger and fries and it was subpar at that. The fries were hard like they had been cooked and then threw in the microwave and put on a plate. The salsa tasted like water and didn't really have any flavor. The queso was so thick and cold it was hard to eat. I was very disappointed in the service and the food. Unfortunately I won't be back.

It was my 1st time going there with some friends, I got the steak and potatoes and it was delicious ?...... The service was ok we sat outside and it did seem like we were being rushed to order and eat, other than that the food was great.

My entree was the Salmon Diablo. I could have gone anywhere in Jackson , but friends recommended Coyote Blues to me and it was very disappointing. The ladies and male servers were friendly and gave recommendations. My entree seemed to take long to prepare and looked like it was ordered at a meat and 3 …minus the generous portions ! Look at the presentation: The caramelized sauce was overly sweet , the rice grains were hard and dry , hard to swallow,and appeared like they scraped...
