Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My order was missing items, I ordered pancakes and no syrup, I don’t eat my pancakes without syrup and it was on my lists, my eggs were hard, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake and no strawberries. When doing delivery orders, or any order, please double check and look at the list. My order was dropped off and not able to get my syrup. I was very disappointed.

I had a door dash order today and it took over an hour to get it and when we receive it it hade no biscuits to go with the gravy. Also no silverware and the new strawberry French toast was uneatable it tasted terrible. 2 weeks ago door dashed an order and they left off the corn. This is the last time ordering from this Cracker Barrel and or door dash. This place is horrible. I wouldn’t eat here I would go somewhere else. Only received a few dollars back from the no biscuits no money back in the French toast. Also the bacon was not crispy as we specified very under done. Food was not very tasty.

disappointment my steak was burnt I got 4 shrimp I got buicuts no butter no silverware my potatoes inedible I spent 40 dollars had to throw my meal away I have to spend more on doordash to get something I can eat

Bad customer service. We had a team of 14 called the night before to give management heads up, no problem we take groups of 14 all the time, I'll put it in the books. Got there today and told 45 min wait they had a bus on the way? It was the rudeness gor me, we don't do reservations!
But holding sits for a bus that's not there.

The meatloaf was awful, and my seasonal fruit was a bowl of sour strawberries.
In clothing, I wish you would carry bigger sizes. I love some of the clothes you carry, but never anything in my size

The other day i had the pleasure of going to cracker barrel Jackson and had Mia as my server. she was spectacular and always on top of things. we had a very friendly interaction.

Husband's plate was too salty - sent hashbrown casserole back and couldn't finish steak bites. Son never received syrup for his French toast - although we asked three times. Did not receive biscuits / cornbread until we finished our meals - were initially told at time of order she will bring them out, never did, but food came later and then told bread will be 20 more minutes. We informed manager who was nice enough to reduce our bill, but doubt we will go back for awhile.

Can't review the food, because I am currently sitting at the table for over 1 hour....no food. Over 15 minutes to get anyone to get drinks. I understand if slammed, but it is not. The restaurant is currently about 1/3 capacity with no wait. Second time here...same result. I love Cracker Barrel but will not stop at this location again.

We were served burnt cornbread. I asked for more cornbread the waitress said they were all burnt. My Shepherd's pie had burnt hash browns on it. Couldn't eat them.
This was our second trip to this Cracker Barrel. The first time was just for drinks and the service was awful. We left without getting our drinks because it took too long.
