Needs an absolute management overhaul! One of the slowest places we have ever been to. It takes as long to get checked out as it does it get your food. Plenty of employees but very few workers.

took forever to get our meal and when it finally came out it wasn't what we'd expected, it was dry and some was cold. the women's restroom was filthy!!!

We stopped by on 12/13/25 at 8:30pm on our way home from Nashville to Moscow, TN, Even though it was late, we had excellent service, our food was delicious and all the staff were so polite, kind and attentive, our server, Kassidy was so sweet and just a pleasure. I would actually drive the hour and half to come back there. The fried pickles were superb. I have run restaurants and worked them, so I do know good service. THANK YOU Cracker Barrel in Jackson, TN.

Crystal was the absolute perfect waitress! Crystal made sure I had everything I needed I a very timely manner. All waitresses should be like her!

Service was slow with several tables seated after us and received their food before we did(we ordered breakfast). We inquired about it to both the manager and waitress and the manager could have cared less. When we finally got our food it was lukewarm at best. The manager walked by several times never bothered to check on us to see if food was satisfactory. Very disappointed as this store was once very consistent with good service. This was the second visit in a row where we received substandard service and food quality. We likely won't be back.

Great food and atmosphere. Long wait but when they are the only rest open on Thanksgiving day, (not counting fast food joints) I was ok with it.

Mashed Potatoes were hard and cold. Country Fried steak was great. Got bread in time for meal, yay. Okra was delish. Served by Jill and she was fantastic! Sat in the entry of restaurant and was cold but it was rainy and windy outside.

Our server was Natalie, she was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 30 before she even came over to greet us then cocked an attitude about it. The we waited for an HOUR before we decided to just leave. No bread or anything given to us. And we only talked to the server ONCE. Beyond ridiculous. We won’t be back.

Had the worst server. Very rude and hateful. Never can and gave us a refill until our plates were ready to be picked up. I don’t know if I wanna come back to Cracker Barrel again after the way she acted.

Very clean and the staff was great. We did their Thanksgiving Day meal and the wait was still only about a half hour for a party of 14 at 11:30. Highly recommend if you haven't tried, and if you love Cracker Barrel, this one exceeds the standard.
