Went at 8:00 on Wednesday November 26 on Vann Drive. The man was in his car and ran inside to take our order. Order milkshakes and the man said the ice cream machine was down then ran back out to his car. This is pure bull crap. Terrible customer service. Never again and will spread the word in facebook. My wife asked for a medium blizzard was charged for a large. Maybe if the girl at the counter was a little more concerned with the customer and paid a little more attention to them instead of her friend that was visiting her, she possibly could have gotten our order correct. I mean, there were only two items to our order. So I guess she got 50% or half of it correct. Way to go....NOT
It was just okay? The food tasted like it was old and the chicken had a bunch of what tasted like cartilage in it. The ice cream machine was also down, which wasn't great but there were dilly bars so it wasn't all that bad. The seating in the restaurant seemed very skuffed and not really great. A lot of tables were dirty too even though it wasn't busy so that means it must have just been sitting there. Overall the service was great though, i don't know if I'd go back.

This Dairy Queen is open until 10 PM. We arrived at 9:30 PM, and were told that they had stopped selling ice cream because they had already started cleaning the ice cream machine. Why stay open until 10 PM if you stop selling your main products at 9:30 PM ?
