Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

EVERY time we go through this Dairy Queen, they are out of bananas. Can't make a banana slpit or banana split Blizzard. I suppose it was the manager that was taking the order and acted like she could not possibly care less. I mentioned Kroger right down the street has bananas and asked her (axed her in local lingo) why she didn't just send somebody down to Kroger to get some - deer-in-headlights response. Totally useless.

Went yesterday to get my niece her free icecream , a coupon she earned at school. The gentlemen there were so very kind.
I tried the orange shake , new item , which I was so graciously blessed with.

This place should be closed down the service was super slow the food was terrible I had a double bacon cheeseburger the bacon wasn't cooked the fries was not done when you send out fries and they are half cooked it's time to close i spent 11 dollars for food I had to trash it was awful, and the place wasn't clean do not eat here.....

Chelsey was my server and she was extremely sweet and helpful. My order was done correctly and fast. The restaurant was spotless and the rest of the workers were just as nice and very professional. I've always loved eating at Dairy Queen, but I will enjoy returning to this particular location. Thank you Chelsey for your friendliness and kindness.

$6.99 for a large 3/4 full blizzard is absolutely ridiculous! They need retraining on how to dip cones too. I will not be back to this location! I am not happy with the quality and the price I paid.

I once Door Dash here please I recommend do not ever Door Dash or order food from there EVER! I arrived at 7:29 and went in to pick up waited 10 minutes inside, got in my car went in drive thru was told pull around to curb service and waited 20 more minutes and when I say I was pissed off you have no idea please do not order here PLEASE

I just wanted to write a review because of the amazing service I got. I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in 13 years since I left Canada. And it was my daughter's first time at one.

The gentleman who took my order was named Christopher P. (I ran back in to get his name) and he was pleasant and was even able to make a custom order Poutine for me since no places around here have even heard of it. My daughter was happy with her order as well.

All the staff was nice, the order didn't take long to make, and the place was clean and orderly. I appreciate the efforts they went through to assist us. It made my day that they were able to make a Poutine for me.

Kid-friendliness: They answered my daughter's questions with a smile and nicely. And were patient with her while she made her choice on what she wanted.

Not only d8d they not have the item I placed on my mobile order, they gave me my ice-cream first and told me to park and wait for my food. By the time I got my food my ice-cream was melted and my onion rings were burn. The worst experience I have ever had at dq.
