I once Door Dash here please I recommend do not ever Door Dash or order food from there EVER! I arrived at 7:29 and went in to pick up waited 10 minutes inside, got in my car went in drive thru was told pull around to curb service and waited 20 more minutes and when I say I was pissed off you have no idea please do not order here PLEASE

I just wanted to write a review because of the amazing service I got. I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in 13 years since I left Canada. And it was my daughter's first time at one.

The gentleman who took my order was named Christopher P. (I ran back in to get his name) and he was pleasant and was even able to make a custom order Poutine for me since no places around here have even heard of it. My daughter was happy with her order as well.

All the staff was nice, the order didn't take long to make, and the place was clean and orderly. I appreciate the efforts they went through to assist us. It made my day that they were able to make a Poutine for me.

Kid-friendliness: They answered my daughter's questions with a smile and nicely. And were patient with her while she made her choice on what she wanted.

Not only d8d they not have the item I placed on my mobile order, they gave me my ice-cream first and told me to park and wait for my food. By the time I got my food my ice-cream was melted and my onion rings were burn. The worst experience I have ever had at dq.

This place has went downhill. Every time I visit the food is old and not fresh at all. It's like it's been sitting under the heat lamp forever. It is old and run down and the bathrooms are always nasty and smell like pee. Just tear it down already.

Got a chocolate dipped cone and it was a hot mess! Barely dipped and chocolate all over the cone. Very disappointing!
