Jackson TN was the half way point to where we were going. We wanted to stay away from commercial restaurants and saw this place had great reviews. We got chicken strips and pork chops. The chicken strips were very good. Not over cooked at all. The onion rings were also cooked perfectly. The pork chop was so very good. The seasoning was great, it was tender and not dry. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were there yesterday, the 6th, around 1:00. All we gotta say is food was great but the young lady eating a BLT at the register he as no personality at all, tried talking to her, she's not friendly at all. Being nice to the public is a plus

Customer service sucks ! I ordered a hamburger steak meal & paid $15 for this crap . ! Why is my box wet like saucey but my meat is dry and stiff !! ??? Never again

When coming to the area I had looked up ideas for dining and we enjoy different places or local ones. I read a little about Dixie Castle and saw a video of the owner. We weren't expecting fancy we were expecting good and we were not disappointed. It is definitely a favorite spot for locals. We just ordered the hamburger and cheese burger and onion rings all of it was great - made with love as they say - we could have easily eaten doubles but we were not sure of the size before ordering but the regular size did fill our hunger and although we were not there long - we had other places to visit that day we enjoyed our meal and would return if we are in town again - there looked like lots of good options for lunch. The plates around us looked good too.
Great food, amazing prices, wonderful service. Always cooked to order. Always fresh. Always delicious. Daily plate lunches. Real ground on site hamburgers. Homemade salad dressings. M-F lunch is awesome. Don't forget Friday and Saturday evening steak nights. Cut every weekend by the owner.
