BUT we ordered if for delivery around 6:30pm, 7:30pm rolls around we call & check on the order they blow us smoke, 8:30pm rolls around we call & they put us on hold so long the phone hung up on us. Drove up there, wasn't greeted by anyone, had to ask about my food, I was in the lobby for 1 hour before I got my order that was sitting on the rack in a jumbled mess. Awful customer service, unorganized, terrible experience. Dominos in south jackson has went DOWNHILL. DO BETTER. The manager on duty - zero people skills -zero management skills -zero communication skills (white male probably in 40s) the CSR - zero customers service skills (didn't acknowledge anyone in the lobby) drivers - trying to do everything at once (black female had a attitude) (black male clueless) đ BOY OH BOY IF I WAS STILL A MANGER THERE. đ

These employees are super rude , Jada the manager especially! I placed an online order at 5:23 p.m the app said Jada started making my order at 5:24 and itâd be ready in 14 minutes, ok cool. So when I arrived 20 minutes later , the pizza wasnât even in the oven and somehow these females made it seem like I was the problem , so she rudely said it would be another 30 minutes for my order âŠ.. ? Who waits 1 hour for one cheese pizza? Terrible management terrible lazy employees. And they wouldnât give me a receipt saying I got a refund . Maybe if you hate your job so much you should find another one

Had a bad experience last time. 6 months later I thought I'd give it another chance. That was a mistake. Took over an hour to get my food and didn't even get my lava cakes. The cook was also the over the phone order taker. I blame the management and or the owner for not having enough people to run the shop. Maybe I'll try again in a year.

Ordered a pizza here last weekend. Waited for the pizza to arrive for about an hour AFTER the pizza showed delivered. Called the store. They informed me that that nasty ass cold pizza would arrive soon. Iâm patient. An hour later the pizza still hadnât arrived. Called for a refund. Was told the transaction was voided. It eventually posted to my account. I called again requesting refund. Still have not received it. I have had this experience twice now. Do not order from this location. Ridiculous! Iâd post a pic of the pizza had it arrived. Still no pizza. So patientâŠ<rolls eyes>

I normally go to dominos once a week. Today they kinda pissed me off bc my chicken looked like someone ate half of it . I thought my son had dropped the box while I drove home , literally went out side to see if the rest fell out of the box. But nope it just looks like this. More like someone ate half and then gave me the rest. I get the chicken for myself and the pizza for the kids. I called and the guy said âaw so itâs not enough chicken 4 youâ like Iâm some greedy person looking for a handout. No I just want exactly what I pay for and this wasnât it. I just know when I order which I have ordered this plenty times before, the box is the size for a reason⊠really pissed me off with the 10% coupon offer bc what since did that make? And no I donât feel like coming up to get it remade and then head home with cold pizza. Rant over

I ordered from the 1706 Highland, Jackson, TN location yesterday and was appalled by the treatment I received. I placed an order with a delayed pickup time at 7 am yesterday morning to be picked up at 11, I ordered 12 pizzas and paid in advance. When I arrived at 10:50 the door was locked, I called twice with no answer. I waited until 11 and was able to get in. When I walked in, the employee literally screamed at me for not giving her advance notice of my order, I tried to do it the night before but the app wouldn't allow it and they did not answer the phone. She continued to berate me while the pizza was being boxed up and was throwing things and saying she was going to call corporate because they should never have let me place the order and that she only had 15 minutes to make it. Not my problem she was late for work and the only one there. I have never in my life been treated like this and will never darken their door again, if they don't want to make pizza then they should close the store and not make pizza.
