I ordered and payed for a large thin crust and I received a medium and it was cold not to mention it took an hour and half to even get delivered to me and it was only 2 things. And all the driver said was im sorry. Sorry ain't gonna give me a large pizza nor my money back

So i ordered a pizza for my daughter and I and it took 1hr to arrive and when it did it was cold and not fresh at all and the delivery driver left the food and didn’t mention anything about it I spent 37$ for a large pizza and cinnamon twist we are very disappointed with this delivery service.

DISAPPOINTED!! The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered pizza and cheese breads which showed up 30 mins late and the food was cold and not correct. Also, the dominoes delivery guy had placed my pizza and cheese sticks on the wet ground soaked in water instead of knocking on the door. I called and spoke with a manager and she did not even have the decency to apologize for the service and food being cold. Instead, she continued to argue with me regarding how the food was delivered and so on. I will NOT be ordering from this place again.

I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, undertrained, or overwhelmed but it’s beginning to get out of hand. I understand being busy but this is twice I’ve been inconvenienced by ridiculous wait times and non communication about the lack of delivery services AFTER I’ve placed a delivery order. Whatever needs to be done to improve efficiency please implement because sheesh!
Tonight 10/14/24 I literally love these particular employees my food was good. The customer service was way over the top and I was having a bad day and they all made me feel good. I will literally drive to the other side of town just to get pizza from here from here on out all because of the great customer service I really am so thankful of people like this. They really made me have a good day so I hope they have a good day too

That $6.99 deal is what brought me to this location today. I did an online order for carryout and was in the area when I got the email notification that my food was ready. At the counter I displayed my "Pie Pass" and was told my order was made incorrectly and there would be about a 10-15 minute wait. Which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. As I looked around I noticed the store had an abundance of employees present and the lobby was a still complete mess. After the wait and finally receiving my order the chicken tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for an hour but the tots were delicious. I'm guessing most of these folks are new to the "Dominoes" work environment.
