Food was old . Called and they swore up and down the food was cooked to order. The chicken was so old it was rubbery. The cheese bread was nothing but grease. Waste of $30 . Better enough that little 30 cus they won't get me ever again. Very unprofessional everybody need to be fired

I placed an order for a no-contact delivery at my door and it was marked completed without my order at my door a few days ago. I tried to call to get it fixed and the phone number just repeats automated promotional messages, I went to my order screen on the site and said I was not happy with my order, all I got was an offer for one pizza. Why would I want a free pizza? My order had 2 and if I won’t get my food anyways then why would I order again? When I click the button saying I want to pass on it, it just takes me to the home screen of the site as well. Worst customer service I have ever come across. I even emailed twice for a refund, saying I was disappointed and have ordered from the store for years. Never ordering from here again, and I want my money back. Ridiculous to me that not a single human being was there to fix my issue. Do better, Domino’s…

Ordered on the app, it was ready in 13 minutes and I walked straight in and got my stuff out! Even gave me an extra ranch to be nice. Clean store, friendly staff. Great Sunday dinner
Every time I order a pizza from any dominoes location it’s wrong. I’m so tired of this bs! Then I get attitudes when they have to remake what they messed up. Like not well done or not pie cut. Or they put garlic butter then expect me to wait again for them to remake it. Not to mention I have to still pay full price. Ok keep on doing this bs and see where it gets you!

Worst place in Jackson to order a pizza from. Several times I had to wait well over an hour and after I call and complained they have the audacity to deliver a cold brown pizza. The manager is ghetto and acts like she doesn't care

I had to wait approximately 10 minutes at the pickup window for my order. Despite the presence of staff members, unfortunately, no one was available to assist me. After some time, I decided to enter the store to collect my pizza, only to find that it was cold and dry. Regrettably, there was no apology offered. The staff member's demeanor was quite impolite. I kindly request that improvements be made in these areas to ensure better customer service.

Ordered a pizza while staying at hotel finally got it a hour later and it wasn't cut. Call and told them it wasn't cut and was told they could only send a new one out if I gave the old one back what else am I supposed to do with a completely uncut pizza literally a joke. Sitting here for 2 hours waiting for food and im trying to get over on them
