Preface: I work at a dominos, just not this one. This dominos is so ineptly run. We ordered our pizza around 10 pm and didn’t receive it until close to 1130. When we got it, it had obviously been sitting out for at least half an hour before they sent out a driver. Despite the store being only 3 miles away, the driver somehow ended up at the wrong hotel, and took over 30 minutes to get us our food. He called and said “Y’all not even want these pizzas or something?”That didn’t matter because our pizza was already cold. They also forgot our ranch. Only putting 2 stars because I can stomach cold dominos and it is edible.

This place needs to get their stuff together. Poor customer service. Waited over 2 hours for pizza and still didn’t get anything called and they said we would have to pick it up. Fine went to pick it up and they still charged a delivery fee and got the tip but what really got me mad was them talking bad about customers while I was up there. Our weekly pizza place is changing till they can get someone to run this place the right way.

We order from them once or twice a month for a while now and we’ve never had a reason to complain about anything. One of very few places I can say that about since we’ve lived here in Jackson whether it was a burger joint or a high end restaurant.Parking: Park at the front door if you want

This is by far the worst Domino's in Jackson. I have never placed an order here that I didn't have an issue with. The latest being the pizza that they gave me felt like it came out of the microwave. The bottom of the pizza looked raw and the crust was wrong. Not only that, if you look at the pictures you'll see they didn't even bother to put the garlic sauce on it. South highland is the better store.

This has to be the worst Domino’s location I have ever dealt with. Consistently late, consistently understaffed, and consistently get orders wrong. The franchisee really ought to staff this place better. It is not fair to the staff that do show up or to the customers.

Handmade Pan isn’t toppings to the edge. I’ve ordered it a few times and every time I have been disappointed to find an inch of crust all the way around my pizza. It isn’t worth it to pay extra for the pizza when it’s prepared exactly like the original crust. Overall, the quality of Dominos pizza has just been worse over the last decade. I find the same pizza deals every year but the pizza has gotten smaller, and the company seems be trying to cut every corner to keep the prices low. PSA, I’ve been coming to the store for years already and I’ve experienced a great turn over with the staffing. Tonight the store was understaffed, like other nights I’ve been in the last several weeks, and the quality of the pizza is lacking. The last crew about a month ago was much better because they always had plenty of staff, and that’s been reciprocated by the meals I’ve been purchasing. I’ll definitely be thinking twice about stopping in again.

Congratulations on making the worst pizza I've ever tasted. It was really great to be at work for 10 hours and my pizza I ordered for lunch is a pile of inedible slop. Oh, and I ordered pepperoni cheesy bread and got cheesy bread. Really great quality control from your manager. Not that I could have eaten it anyway, it too was a greasy pile of raw dough.

I made the order online and asked for extra sauce and half pepperoni and half sausage, it didn’t hardly have any sauce, there was only a few pieces of sausage on 2 pieces and the rest pepperoni and it took about 20 minutes passed the expected time on the app to get it and the app even told me it was ready to come get it and when I got inside the store it still wasn’t done yet
