I placed an online order through seamless and when I got there they said the order didn’t go through and that the website was a scam. The lady said that they only go through Grubhub and uber eats buys seamless is apart of grubhub. I have ordered through the same means before and I haven’t had an issue, I showed her the receipt with order and the money that was taken out but she said that I would need to go through them for a refund. Even with the proof I was never offered for my food to made anyway. If they don’t go through the website then they should take down as a way to order pickup.

Ordered a lunch shrimp chimichanga, bf ordered lunch steak fajitas. Plentiful portions. Reasonable prices. Food was delicious. Server was very nice. He seemed like he actually enjoyed his job. We live a little over an hour away but we will definitely come back here again if we are in the area.

First time visiting this restaurant. My meal was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Gigante Burrito, the best burrito I've eaten in a while. The chips and salsa were great. Definitely would like to come back and order something else.

Went to Don Panchos Mon and had the worst experence ever we had a large group and the waiter was horrible took forever to get drink orders and forgot half of them then ordered food and also forgot several orders and he seem to worry more about others around us yet our tips are automatically included for the worst service ever..

If you don't want the hostess to speak to you...If you don't want the server to speak to you, never refill your drinks, and provide the bare minimum in service. If you just want adequate food, then this is the place for you. So disappointed that our first time in Jackson included dinner here. If you get the sampler trio dips, the cheese dip and bean dip comes in 4 oz cups for $8.95. Just letting you know the nachos do NOT come with melted cheese. They top it with cheese and melt it on top - very dry nachos. Boys liked the quesadillas and hubby loved the ACP. Maybe it was an off night.⁰

I ordered ceviche tostadas(tostadas is plural more than 1.)which are $8.67 on the menu and I received an order of ceviche instead, this wasn’t clarified at the beginning. When I tried clearing up how I got a whole order, the waiter told me that I saved more money buying a bowl then 3 tostadas. Apparently 1 “tostadas” of ceviche is more expensive than the bowl. The “order of ceviche” isn’t even on the menu either.

Always great food and service. I love the giant ice cold draft beer with my Nachos.

My boyfriend and I love Mexican food and this was our 1st time here. Of course they give you chips and salsa which were fantastic and their cheese dip is to die for.
My boyfriend had the chicken fajitas with rice & beans. The portion size was large and did not go to waste. It came out sizling and steaming as it should. Other places we've been to it's like it was scraped off the floor, no steam, no sizzle, and a portion size for a toddler.
I had the Gringa ... which was fabulous. I love trying new things and it did not disappoint... it has pineapple which made it scrumptious.
We will definitely be back !
