I’ve been coming here since they first opened and it was great at first, but now it sucks. The website says that the store opens at 5AM Mon-SUN, and the app will even let you order at 5AM, but when you get there no one is there to make your order. The lights aren’t even on! I’ve had this happen MULTIPLE times. One time I tried to order at 5:50 in the morning and the worker was standing outside talking to her boyfriend or someone and told me they didn’t open until 6. That’s fine, but UPDATE THE HOURS, and make it to where we can’t order until 6! I won’t be back to this Dunkin location until it’s fixed. Also, even with a mobile order, you’re gonna be waiting 30 minutes for your stuff!

I've gone here since they first opened. Started out great. They have a high turn around of staff. This newest crew is rude and unwilling to make your drinks and food correctly. When you point it out they argue with you that the wrong item is in fact correct. I'm not sure I will continue going here.
