Came in for breakfast . Cashier was bland while serving and did not make you feel welcome . Got more of a feeling like yea what you need . Waited at counter for food again no interactions or thank you from staff even after I said thank you . Sat to eat no napkins provided in the bag nor was any at the tables or counter. Need to work on customer service a little harder . I won’t be back

I go to Dunkin every day (mostly mornings). I love the morning crew here. I wish I knew everyone’s name. I know one person name Brandy and she could tell you who I’m talking about. This crew always puts a smile on my face and they know my order. I wish I was able to do more than this review for them. They work hard and always have a smile on their faces. I’ll get names to send to corporate because this location definitely deserves a treat. No this review isn’t paid for nor is it fake. I can say nothing but great things about this place.

For first thing in the morning I bought 2 dozen dounts they where heart shaped it is 3 days past valentines day. None of the donuts where fresh. Highly disappointed. For 30 dollars I expected better.

Poor things, I guess they were training a new girl, she was sweet, the others were doing their best I'm sure. It's the stupid customers coming in when elaborate coffee orders, like settle down with the sugar people.
I love Dunkin Donuts.But.... I went to this one for the first time since moving here.The woman at the register was on her phone the whole time I was there!She BARELY recognized me as a customer!I felt like I was disturbing her!I was furious but bit my tongue!When I told her I wanted a dozen. She didn't even look at me.Just stated this is all the donuts they had.Which was around 8 varieties.After she rung me up, she asked the other woman behind the counter to get my donuts.Obviously because whatever was on her phone, was more important than doing her job!Trust me! I will NEVER go back to that business again!I don't care if I have to drive 10 miles further. If that was my business, somebody would be looking for another job today.
