Came here for my friend's birthday party.
We had a 2-hour reservation with just us, so nobody else could come. Tons of pc's, playstations and xboxes. Staff was chill, would come here again

Went for a smash tournament that was advertised. My group was the only people that came and we just felt like it wasn’t worth us going through the tournament if we were the only ones entered. I think there must have been some misunderstanding and he thought we were 2 separate groups because the staff member was very confrontational about us wishing to withdraw and wanting our money back. I asked him how many people rsvped and he couldn’t even tell me how many people and started telling me some sort of drama about “half the people who go here don’t believe in rsvps.” Anyways the rest of our group gets their money back and we hear some snide remark about driving safe as we left…
tl;dr staff member was very confrontational over an unfortunate misunderstanding which could have been resolved if he hadn’t immediately started acting rude towards us

Overall was not impressed with the venue. Unlike other reviews the place was not as clean as we expected and there was messes under the table, unclean surfaces and general signs of wear & tear. When we pulled up we didn’t even know if the place was open, the outdoor sign was nearly pitch black from like grime or fire damage or something. Could barely make it out. Overall don’t trust the suspiciously high reviews on this place

This place is great! The owner and other customers were very welcoming, and the atmosphere felt exactly like a place for gamers. Will be returning in the future for sure!

Workers are always welcoming and very nice to talk to. I always look forward to swinging by and playing some games with other people. Sometimes it's a bit packed but it's always fun to play games with new people who share your interest. Tcg, Video games, and food, what more could you ask for. My only complaint is they aren't open on Mondays.

I honestly don’t know why this place would get anything less than 5 stars. I drove in from Nashville to spend the day with my kids and I’ve got to admit, I’m not used to that kind of hospitality coming from places in Jackson. The service was amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating and kind, and the vibe was just an all around win. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, and I will absolutely be back on a frequent basis

A great place to take the kids to socialize and find friends that have things in common.

We had my Grandsons birthday party at the E Gamers Cafe . We had about 10 kids and the party was a hit! All the kids a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly and great with kids. The adults had a nice place to visit and enjoy some good food.. Those garlic parm fries were delicious ? their cheese sticks were huge and so good ?

I've been coming to this shop since it practically opened, which is about 5-6 years now, and I saw a review about one of their party rates which the reviewee seems to be giving some disinformation.Their friend booked a PRIVATE party for their child. $250 for 4 pizzas (which is for the players btw, not for the parents), 2 hour block period, a drink per person, and PRIVATE (this means that no one else is allowed in the store besides the party & those they invite). That alone is worth $250 or even more, especially since no other customers can be in the store during the 2 hr block period. Yes, they do have $2 hours on Thursday & Friday, but that is only to play a game. Not a full fledge birthday party with food, drinks, and designated employees. The reviewee also forgot to mention they have 1-2 employees throughout the entire 2 hour session who help the party. This includes technical issues, making sure things run smoothly, and helping the parents when asked. I guess the person who left that 1* review does not understand the value of people's time. Also, they have a full menu with a variety of things to eat (Also, the pizza they normally serve is not Little Caesar's pizza. They use that for parties to help keep their services budget friendly for parents fyi) and every restaurant/cafe has 'No outside food or drinks' so that is pointless statement to get mad about. Skyzone I believe also uses Little Caesar's, as well as other party establishments, so yeah..The only thing that the reviewee left, which I agree with, is that the Children had fun there. Isn't that what it's supposed to be about? The Children? If the Children had a great time, then why get mad about it? Makes no sense, especially when parents just have to sit there & relax while the employees have to do everything. It's sad to hear the 1* review person (who appeared to never have been there) write a bad review out of spite. I've known this place for over 5 years and they been nothing but excellent & supportive. Please do not listen to that Randall person & support these local businessmen who support their community.

Had my grandsons 9th birthday party there with his friends and family. Everyone had a great time. This is our second time doing so. Would recommend for anyone that loves electronic games.

This location was chosen by my nephew as the location for his birthday party. He invited friends and his mom reserved the space for 15 players. She was told the rental price of $250 included pizza and a drink for each player and 2 hours of gameplay. Their signage says gameplay is $2/hour on the day of the week reserved. There are signs in multiple locations saying no outside food or drinks are allowed. The menu shows a 12” pepperoni pizza for $14.99 they claim feeds 4-6 people. The time came for pizza and the employee emerged from the back with 4 Little Caesars Hot n Ready pizzas. No joke. Know and understand what you’re getting from this place if you schedule a party. We all left and went to get food elsewhere. Overall a very disappointing performance by this company. The only redeeming quality is that the kids did enjoy gaming together for a couple hours.
