These guys know how to smoke some meat! Chicken, pork, and the best brisket around! Watch out for their creative takes on tacos, bao buns, and slaw dogs. Great place and great people!
Texas brisket!! Stopped by for breakfast, tried the brisket tacos, spam slider and the brisket, egg & cheese. Everything was fantastic. Brisket was smoky, tender, good flavorful bark, and there was a generous amount on the sandwich and tacos. Spam slider came on a hawaiian roll, so good. Don't sleep on the salsa verde ? Nice shaded outdoor seating with picnic tables. Will be back to try the lunch menu asap. Hours are Tues-Fri 7AM-2PM and Sat. 9-2PM right now.
