First off please realize it's a stationary food truck with an attached carport so you can order out of the elements. I ordered a large pulled pork sandwich and a chilli cheese dog (I know they don't go together but I hadn't had one in a while. Both were very good and I will definitely stop again. I only have one critique and this is more personal preference: I prefer chilling to be less watery in a bowl or on a dog. It's also less messy that way.
I'm a truck driver so you can't imagine how much it's appreciated that these people went to all of the trouble to make truck parking across from a truck stop. Always parking at this little place, not because it's not busy believe me, get ready to stand in line a few minutes if you want to go food. Whenever I'm going through there all I can think of is exit 87 barbecue and getting that first bite out of that heavenly BBQ sandwich chasedwith a big spoonful...

Chili cheese dog was massive and so good.
Ribs were very good. Mac and cheese was outstanding!
And super nice people. Called ahead when I was 10 mins out and had a convenient/quick pick up when I arrived. Can’t wait to come back
