Food was great, atmosphere was good, but the Service is why I'd have to rate this overall experience a 3 out of 5. In the defense of the staff, it was not a total fault on their end - but there was one particular staff member in the kitchen that became irate - including the use of audible profanity - as my Fiancée and I placed our order due to it requiring some food prep to fill the order in question, and I feel as if that situation could've been resolved in a better manner than snapping about not having enough ingredients prepared, repeating it even after we told the front desk cashier we were okay with waiting, and cursing about it on a level anyone could hear. We left feeling as if the experience was - overall - unnecessary, and that perhaps a lesson on customer service skills might be needed. I hope that this experience is not a shared occurrence for others.

My go to for a fast food feel but it’s definitely much more than a fast food joint. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never had a problem with the food

Best place for quick Italian meals. Garlic bread Sticks 🥖 are the BEST!! Clean restaurant and untra friendly atmosphere. Wonderful place to have dinner and bring the kids along! Prices are super affordable and great serving portions!! Definitely worth checking out!!

I always order online for pickup. I get the same thing, chicken Alfredo, switch the Alfredo for meat sauce and extra pasta. Makes for a great chicken parm meal. Salads always fresh, bread sticks also fresh. Prize fits the size meal your getting and employees are always friendly. My food is always ready when I arrive.

Whoever that girl was working the drive thru on January 10th around 6:00 pm is one of the worst employees I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Rude and snarky for absolutely no reason.

Was passing through on our way to vacation destination. Never had fazolis before. The manager Gina was excellent she was so welcoming helped the family find good options and the kids thought she was so sweet. Side note the bathroom was clean that’s extra points for me always!!
