Not sure what to think, I have eaten here numerous times through the years and have Always requested two bottom buns, I have diverticulitis, so a lot of sesame seeds are bad, so anyway I go in place the $46.00 order and put my card in to pay, I ask the counter person to please make sure I get two bottom buns. She looks at me and says we don’t do that anymore…. I say well, cancel my order. Pulled my card and left. Will not be back…
Not sure how losing a $46.00 order over a .75 bun makes sense ……Bad Business!!!!!
The restaurant was clean and quiet. The food was good and prepared in a decent amount of time versus other Five Guys I have visited. Staff was polite and courteous.

Very rude staff, talked down to friend of mine and seemed to be taking their poor attitude out on other customers. October 7th, 2024. 7:00pm.

Disappointed. $45 for 2 burgers and fries. The flavor of the burger was decent but had wilty floppy lettuce on it. That all had to be raked off. The patty was beat up and in chunks thrown onto the bun. The fries werent price so we ordered them. On the receipt we were shocked to find out we paid $8 ea!!! They were so over seasoned and salty with the cajun seasoning which we didnt even like and threw them away. $45 for 2 burgers and walked away not even full. Will NEVER go back.

A bit pricey for the average family, however just for two well worth it.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago on our way to Bowling Green and had lunch. Staff was great, food was exceptional for fast food as is expected from five guys. Everything was hot and fresh. The dining room was very clean as expected. Only complaint was the men's restroom didn't have a functional door lock, I witnessed several people get walked in on while they were using the restroom, 4 of the 8 people we were with ended up running into each other, lol. Hopefully they can get that fixed. Star docked for that but other than that everything is as expected from a five guys chain, pretty much great.
