Was driving through town and Came Upon This Place it looked really good from the outside and the inside looks very pleasing as well however we were seated at our table closest to the chef area of the kitchen they had Chinese music playing on a $10 Radio Shack Radio which was kind of cool and then the owner lady came in and sat down at a table behind us opened her laptop and played Chinese wrestling at full volume so I thought that was extremely odd that the owner was doing that it continued for 10 or 15 minutes and I was like this is just super odd so I launched my Netflix on full volume for about 5 minutes nobody even cared I'm guessing that maybe they are deaf or they've dealt with this for so long that it's not even an issue for them anymore however would like to rip up this review with the fact that the wait staff was super friendly and very attentive the chef was very nice when they came and cooked The Hibachi the steak tasted a little off and the chicken was a bit dry but it was overall a very pleasant experience with the food and wait staff the atmosphere is way off with the two different music things playing at full volume and the fact that management allows this it was just awkward to say the least well I hope that they read this review and are able to change a few things on their end so that they will have a better customer base we won't be back

Awesome place for parties, and celebrations. Came here on a Sunday for an anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. Staff is awesome, with great food being prepared. The Hibachi was everything you could ask for, great chefs, and amazing food. Would definitely recommend this place, and come here again.Vegetarian options: Tons of soups, and salads.

Stopped here on the way to Nationals in Nashville TN. I eat hibachi all the time &’ never would’ve suspected that there was peanuts in yum-yum sauce, never had an issue with that before. Peanuts/Tree Nuts are the most common food allergy among children &’ there was no warning, sign, or label anywhere on a menu or around the restaurant. I told the waiter that my throat was itching and felt like it was closing up. He decided then to ask about a peanut allergy and told me it was the sauce. Didn’t offer any help or portray any concern, told me “It’s your responsibility. It’s your body, not ours.”

Due to the food being extremely overpriced me and my girlfriend only got an appetizer each. The food was pretty good. Service was okay nothing too special. We did get choked on the smoke coming from the hibachi area. You will definitely leave smelling like food. I really like how the booth areas have writing on the walls; it lets you see how long the place has been open and how many people have come here. I know some people don’t like the writing but I think it’s pretty neat.

The food was great, got the sushi deluxe. Some places you go to you get California roll and 2 pieces of 5 different kind. Here you get California roll and 10 different types of sushi. Came out full. Only complaint the booth I was in people wrote all on the wall.

Don't pay any attention to the negative comments because some things such as people coming to work is out of the owners control. We've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. The owner and employees have always been gracious. The best Japanese steakhouse in town.

The food was okay but if you're going for the show you won't get it here. Once the cook was finished, he immediately started cleaning up. The smell from the chemicals was horrid, and we lost our appetite immediately.

We ordered hibachi chicken in front of the grill! The rice, veggies, and chicken were all amazing. But, beyond that, the service was fantastic. I have an 18 month old and multiple staff members were so sweet to him. Our waiter even brought out some ice chips with the soup so that it could cool quicker for my toddler. I’ve never had a server do this before, and it was very thoughtful. All of the staff were very welcoming. We were just passing through but would definitely return when we travel through again! 10/10 would recommend

We purchased sashimi and sushi. Both were excellent as well as the service. If you are in the vicinity and looking for a quick bite with a nice ambience this is your spot. Fast, friendly, and courteous. Great value for your money.

Cannot express how disappointing this place is! When we got there with party of 5, they seated us and then told us they only had one chef. He had just started cooking on another table so we had quite a wait. We ordered from ( their very confusing menu) and they brought out a tiny salad that I couldn't eat because the dressing was so horrible. I think it was miracle whip mixed with something else. I almost gagged! Then they brought out a watery broth of some kind with a couple skinny noodles and nothing else. When the chef finally came over, he cooked for two different parties at the same time.. because of the way we were seated, he had his back to me the whole time, so I didn't even get to watch, which is part of the draw in a place like this. I had ordered the steak Hibachi and my wife ordered the chicken. As he was cooking for 11 people at the same time, the food was terrible. The rice was tasteless and appeared to be just rice with nothing but butter and very bland seasoning. Tasteless! The steak, was tough and also had no flavor. Finally, the mixed vegetables were served last and also bland and overcooked. As I was the last one served, I got about two tablespoons! My wife thought the same about her rice and chicken. Both of us only are a few bites it was all so bad. Nobody even asked if we enjoyed the me. Then, when we got the bill, we were automatically charged an 18% gratuity and then they had suggested "Additional Gratuity"! I tip well above 20% on a regular basis, however, I do so for exceptional food and service, neither of which we experienced here! I highly recommend that anyone wanting to enjoy Asian Cuisine, to avoid this place. You would be better served to dine at even the worst Asian takeout place in Jackson..

All the food was fresh and delicious and the Sante Fe roll was outstanding! The service was excellent and the prices were shockingly reasonable. The only bad thing is that I didn't discover this gem until my last day in town. Highly recommend!
