Delicious, clean, thoughtfully curated Mexican ice cream and snacks here, so happy they opened I can’t believe it took me so long to try it. They even have the original fresas con crema and they’re 10/10. Will be back frequently!!

Happy Ice Cream is what Jackson has been missing! Small Mexican Paletaria style ice cream shop. Lots of flavors of ice cream, sorbet, aguas frescas, paletas (ice cream bars), and other treats. No need to speak Spanish to order. Always clean, friendly, and awesome. Great place for groups of all sizes, or to pop in alone for a quick treat.
Best Ice Cream in TN!My favorites ice creams are Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, and Rocky Road. Made with real ice cream mixed with real pie and cake. No fake flavors here.
