I ordered a dozen and a half variety cupcakes for my husbands birthday and they were AH-MAZING and the front of house staff were super nice at pickup! I plan alot of events and I will definitely be using and recommending How Sweet It Is by Tim!

The desserts are amazing however if I didn’t know that they were good from my workplace getting cupcakes from here I would have left over how bad the customer service was. I asked for a coffee and the girl instantly got an attitude and told me she didn’t know how to make it then started making it. She stopped making it to get the customer that walked in after me then continued making the coffee with an attitude. I feel bad for the owner because I’m sure they are losing customers over the attitude that is given at the counter.

We’ve been into the bakery twice. Once just to stop in and try items from the case and the other time to pick up and order we placed in advance. The bakery is always clean, the tables decorated for the season, and the staff is so friendly. Everything we’ve ordered has been delicious. The dozen cupcakes we picked up for my dad’s birthday were a hit with everyone! We’re very lucky to have such talent in Jackson!

My friend Michelle took me to this amazing bakery. The caramel pecan cookies are incredibly delicious. I also bought 4 delicious cupcakes. They also have cooking classes you can take. My husband and I will love it. I'm definitely interested in that. I'm so glad she introduced me to this amazing place, it is sweet!

We always love Tim’s cakes but we tried the Strawberry Crunch Cake. It was spot on! Got it last minute for family birthday dinner and it was amazing! Can always count on Tim for something fabulous!
No gluten-free option tho it came up in a gluten-free search. Could not try it and lost time on my vacation. They should not be tagged gluten-free!

The choc chip cookie is to die for.. I’ve never had a choc chip cookie that was this good! And the butter gooey is up to par to. You cannot go wrong getting sweets from here! Customer service is always 100% as well!

The sales clerk was very friendly. We bought strawberry cheesecake cupcakes, strawberry shortcake, almond cake slices. Everything was really good but the cheesecake frosting was a little too sweet for my taste, although I ate them both. ?

No longer a fan. Placed an order more than a week in advance. Immediately (like within 5 minutes or less) thought better of it and attempted to cancel. Would not cancel/refund. Had nerve to ask if still wanted the product. I can understand a no refund policy if closer to the pickup time but not immediately. In my case, no matter the quality of the finished product this lack of customer service has permanently cost Tim a customer. I won’t be back and vowed I would spread the word. Everyone has choices. Tim invoked his and now I have shared mine! I wish the best of luck.
