So I am a big fan of Ihop. Love the 24 hour feature even if it doesn't actually stay open 24 hours. Those late night pancakes after a long shift really hit the spot. 😋 My last visit didn't go according to plan. I received a new server and the kitchen was giving her food out slower than all the others. My guess thinking she was older and needed more time. Actually it made her more frazzled. The kitchen sent out my sandwich with only half the bottom bun. I offered to pay regardless but the manager told me not to even worry about it. She told me come back again. Give us another try and had the healthiest response to criticism I'd ever witnessed in the food industry. I should have grabbed breakfast but went with dinner. I tried the BBQ sandwich but replaced the beef with chicken. Maybe my creations through the kitchen for a loop. Whoops but would still recommend this location. That manager was highly impressive. I wish I would have gotten her name. Maybe next time.

The food was ready quickly and was delicious! Our server, Destiny, was lovely. We came at about 8:50 in the morning and we were seated almost instantly. Would recommend!

Took my daughter for lunch and we just got a basic breakfast combo but all the food tasted great! Love their coffee and they give you French vanilla creamer too. The service was great even during a busy lunch rush. Food came out in a timely manner.

Had a very traumatic experience in IHOP at Jackson Tennessee on Thanksgiving afternoon from the moment we walked in the server that was in our section was complaining about us being seated she only had two other tables at the time and four people total she said she had a top but there was only two people sitting at that at the time I'm not sure exactly what that meant but I know from the moment we walked in she was complaining not sure if her name was Abby Abigail something curly blonde hair with pink in it but after being there a little bit she all of a sudden yelled throughout the entire restaurant that she was only one person and then she would get everybody's drinks when she could get to the the entire time we were there she was complaining to all of her tables about what was going on at work very unprofessionalafter that the host went to see her another table in her section and she yelled so loud the entire restaurant could hear it it caused me to jump it was one of the most traumatic experiences I've ever had at a public restaurant in all the years of eating out never have I had an experience like this there was a lady wandering around that appeared to be the manager that did not intervene whatsoever Nor did she show interest that her server was causing such a disruption in an uncomfortable atmosphere at their restaurant. I have never in my life experienced something like this and I would suggest if you don't want to be traumatized by going out to eat you choose a different location to eat this is the worst experience of my life that server should no longer have a job today if the owner or general manager of that store has any idea of what kind of disruption or uncomfortable situation she calls for so many customers

Stopped by to Pick up a to go order For my sick Fiancé Pancakes and bacon while I was paying, I couldn’t help but notice the cockroaches crawling all on the walls and floor And got so disgusted my fiancé loves IHOP Please do better So she doesn’t have to worry about health concerns by eating the food
