Made the order at 10:00pm online and it said the order would be ready at 10:16pm ( online it said that they were open 24hours on sunday and Saturday but until 12am the rest of the week.) My husband went and picked up the order and some guy met him outside with the order. My husband made it all the way back home and i realized that part of the order was missing. I called and told the lady what happened and her exact words was " our cook just left for the night" I said ok thats fine, can you just issue me a refund and she said with a attitude, "hold on let me get my manager". I waited for 5mins and he finally gets on the phone and repeated to me exactly what was missing and asked if i wanted to come get it because he had it in his hands, i said sure im sending my husband now. Mind you my husband had already made it all the way home and i waited for the man to get on the phone so the time is now roughly 10:45ish. So my husband left the house to head there and then he call me to tell me that it was completely dark and there was no cars in the parking lot. I just told the man he was coming and not once did the man tell me they was about to close or nothing. Just a waste of our time and gas... SMH NEVER AGAIN.

They were slammed but still managed to get to us within 15 minutes. Everyone was working hard and still smiling and friendly. The food was great and our waitress was really nice. My only problem with the place. They had something in the air like a cinnamon smell throughout the restaurant. It's was terrible. It seemed to be coming through the air system. Anyway, maybe a fresh, clean scent would have been best and not so strong. That was my only negative. I would go back again

You can tell the managers not here tonight because the girl at the register that was serving me had her Vape in her hand while serving me and on her phone texting while serving me. Do you really think I want vap, smoke, or germs in my food. When did we allow employees to serve with vaps in hand. Discussing.

Incredible experience! The parking lot and restaurant were packed full but it did NOT negatively affect the service. We were seated within a couple of minutes. Our server was wonderful. Whoever is running this place now should be running more restaurants in Jackson!
