2nd and last time ordering from this place! Second time in a row, did not receive the Big Island Combo. Didn’t even receive a notification but they sent my two sides anyways. In a Kroger bag with an unwrapped fork. Highly displeased and will not order again.

No Jamaican flavor. Had J*** Chicken because they were out of turkey wings. Rice/peas under cooked and very bland. Chicken, asked for large order only to receive extra rice. No additional chicken just small leg quarter. I don’t mind paying for meal but want it to be worth the money paid. Chicken not marinated barely j*** flavor. Not sure if off day for cook. Customer service was friendly. I tried it but this is like a franchise of Jamaican. Not Island. The competition is definitely better and authentic.
