“We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden, and I want to personally recognize Marie, the manager, and Celina, our server, for making our visit truly exceptional.
Celina was absolutely fantastic — warm, attentive, and extremely professional. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down, checked on us at just the right times, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and elevated our dining experience.
Marie, the manager, was equally impressive. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine care for both guests and staff. It’s clear that she sets a high standard and creates a positive environment, which reflects directly in the quality of service we received. Managers like Marie make a real difference.
This visit reminded us why Olive Garden is known for great hospitality. Huge thanks to Marie and Celina for going above and beyond — we will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location.“

“I use to live in Chicago Ill and this pizza is the closest I have had since I have been living here in Tennessee. In every way I LOVE this place. Service was great, The people seemed to work very well together and Pizza was AWESOME!“

“Today there was one guy working with NO help. We ordered call in and went to pick it up, the guy was sooooo nice and so overwhelmed but I want everyone to know what a fantastic job he was doing ALONE keeping up with the lunch rush. This was at Jet’s on Oil Well Rd.“

“My dad’s 90th birthday celebration was a big success!! The Old Town Spaghetti Store was my first choice as the place to be for this family gathering. I wanted it to be a very special afternoon lunch for dad filled with his favorites… Fried shrimp, birthday cake and gifts!! The staff was AMAZING!! They were prompt and willing to help me get all decor (cake) set up at the table to make dad’s birthday festive!! The food, fun, and atmosphere were just what we were looking for! THANK YOU to The Old Town Spaghetti Store for EXCELLENT service!! Happy Birthday to my wonderful father, Robert Hudson!❤️ ???“
