I eat here often, but on this day, the 2 chicken and biscuits were uneatable, I paid and took a bite of both and tossed them in the trash. They were held under the heat lamp entirely too long. The manager needs to be attending to the customers inside as much as he is attending to drive through in Henderson Tn. I am very disappointed, and it will be a while before I will spend hard earned money there again, IF EVER. I hope someone will attend to this .

I stopped to get a BLT fried chicken salad it was delicious I love the honey mustard dressing. I will be stopping again to get this salad.

Something was going on !!!! There was only one. Man working in the entire restaurant he was taking orders preparing the food and drinks and working the drive thru l have been going to this jacks since it opened up ? !!!!!!?!!!!!!!!??!?
Parking: Plenty of parking. I was the only vehicle on the lot
They just told me it was going to be 10 minutes before they could take my order. Nobody in the parking lot. Crazy good service lol

While in the Drive-Thru I witnessed an employee hanging out of the window arguing with and swearing at a customer, totally unacceptable!! and the employee needs to be terminated. I'm not sure what happened, but this is not how you represent Jacks. If employees can't conduct themselves under pressure, then they need to find somewhere else to work. I left without getting any food because of all the commotion, and I will not spend my money for bad customer service. I will be contacting corporate about this matter.
