There is a white guy that worked night shift last night and I honestly didn't even order due to his hygiene he looked dirty and while packing someone else's food he proceeded to scratch his head and continued to touch food I am so disgusted

we waited for 35 MINUTES. the employees are lazy and they refused to do anything in the kitchen. One of the girls started to make our milkshakes and then just walked off and didn’t finish making them. And the manager was pissed at them. And once we FINALLY got our food, it wasn’t even good!! normally we LOVE jacks.

I often stop here for breakfast. The food is always fresh, the service at the window and when they bring my food to my car is always with a smile & the employees are so nice. I have no complaints of this location at all. In fact I prefer this one over the other 2 in the area.

I eat here often, but on this day, the 2 chicken and biscuits were uneatable, I paid and took a bite of both and tossed them in the trash. They were held under the heat lamp entirely too long. The manager needs to be attending to the customers inside as much as he is attending to drive through in Henderson Tn. I am very disappointed, and it will be a while before I will spend hard earned money there again, IF EVER. I hope someone will attend to this .

This was the cleanest Jack's we have been to in a long time. Service was good. Nice and friendly. Our order was wrong and unfortunately didn't notice until we were already down the road.
