This place is a real joke. Came by for dinner last week and they didnt have any napkins and food was cold. Today, same thing. Dont think i will ever come back.

We stopped before lunch with a bus load. They knocked it out of the park. Better biscuits than most fast-food restaurants. Extremely economical price points!!!

I have Doordashed twice from here in the last 2 weeks, each time the service has been terrible. Today, the 3 staff members were outside smoking, sitting on the curb and hanging out. I went in to pick up the order. The order was still on the screen waiting to be prepared, I had to wait 15 minutes to get food. They never acknowledge your entrance into the restaurant. A couple of customers came in after me. They never received a greeting either. The manager was working and she was just as unconcerned as the staff. The workers have terrible attitudes, especially the young lady that takes the orders at the drive thru. She is always unpleasant, that's why I stopped going there. If you hate your job so much, quit and stop making customer experiences horrible. If I could give no stars, I would. I will never patronize this business. After today, I will not even pick up orders from Jack's. Sorry, it's not worth the trouble and having to deal with the staff. Everyone needs customer service training. They don't understand that without customers, there would be no job for them.

Very slow service..nobody in hurry here for customer service! Waited over 20 minutes for a biscuit!

My wife and I drove thru for breakfast the person taking the order sounded confused. When we pulled up to the window there was very loud conversation going on among the entirely black crew. There was no courtesy, the order was completely wrong, my wife's breakfast sandwich was wrong and had a bite out of it. Customer service is a thing of the past but this incident is ridiculous!

I don't know if the same Manager is there but she is a racist lady who treats customers very disrespectfully. I reported her and my fowl order to Jacks but no one ever reached out. I still have photos of the nasty food that was literally thrown on the counter in my direction. BEWARE of this particular location, I'd drive all the way to the ballpark to avoid this staff.

the cashier was super nice, the redhead manager was rude. the cook took forever to prepare our meal. coffee wasn't very fresh. the tea was bitter
