Food was cold
Love their breakfast food
I don't know if the same Manager is there but she is a racist lady who treats customers very disrespectfully. I reported her and my fowl order to Jacks but no one ever reached out. I still have photos of the nasty food that was literally thrown on the counter in my direction. BEWARE of this particular location, I'd drive all the way to the ballpark to avoid this staff.
the cashier was super nice, the redhead manager was rude. the cook took forever to prepare our meal. coffee wasn't very fresh. the tea was bitter

Worse Jack's in the area. Should be top end, considering the area. Owner apparently doesn't care, love Jacks but hate this location. Come here at least once a week.

Slowest drive thru service in Jackson. I think they take one order at a time and don't take another until they finish making the previous one. I left without ordering. The five cars in front of me left without ordering. Parking lot only had a few cars in it. I get that it was lunch time but give me a break. I've had the same issue at this location before mid-afternoon. Bad management.
I had the pleasure of interacting with a young lady name Ja’Quasha who provided outstanding customer service. Jack, you have an incredible team member who truly goes above and beyond. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. Thank you for such a positive experience
Great time at Jacks. The staff was wonderful.
Fries cold, not full. Drink was terrible, it obviously had ran out of syrup before filling mine. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, no special changes or request. The pic shows what I paid for, it's not what I ordered.
