Stopped by Sunday (09-21-25) about 7:15pm. The young woman working the drive through window had a great personality and great service. We ordered item that required some wait for fresh preparation. We were asking to pull up and they would bring it out. After an appropriate wait out food came out hot and fresh. As I was about to pull off, my passenger noticed we were short two pies. However, before we could even put our van in park, the same young woman was running out with our pies to catch us before we pulled off. She apologized and we all laughed about. She had a great smile and attitude. Most places/people would have just let the customer drive and apply if the customer came back in. She did her job well and with enthusiasm. That is an individual i would hire (steal away) if I had a business in that area.

The building requires maintenance to protect staff and customers alike. Mold in the ceiling tiles. We were greeted kindly on entry and provided prompt and accurate service. The food was warm and tasted good.

The service was horrible the tables were filthy and disgusting. The atmosphere They did not even get my order right they gave us eight number ones I was really offended .I went to fix it. An hour later we saw two people walk in and leave with their food. I went to go ask them about it and then we found out that our order got bumped off the list they then tried to give us a refund. Then the outside lights turned off, and I could not see I took one step and shattered my ankle. 0/ 10 would recommend wish I never even walked in

I knew it was a bad idea when I walked in and saw them cleaning up 1 hour before closing. Then I saw flys in the cash register, a broken ice machine, and workers being rude to each other. They then gave me when I ordered the first time 8 BURGERS. I ordered one. I went to fix this it took 10 minutes and my whole order was messed up. Then my family and I waited 45 minutes it was already time for closing, we asked about our food they then said it got bumped off. Then they struggled to give us a refund because it was closing time. We came in an hour early before closing got simple meals and didn’t get anything. After 10 in Jackson everything is closed so we were out of supper and time. Would not recommend awful.
It was a terrible place to eat sat for two hour and they didn’t give me my food that I paid 100 for and wouldn’t refund and there was flies everywhere on the food there was cursing they was they was being nonnegotiable. They was being very rude. I recommend this place is shut down and to investigating the situation.

Store 263 Order #2 at 10:35 am. We didn’t notice how messed up the order was until we were several miles down the interstate but half the order was missing and the food we got wasn’t right. Fairly disappointing for $36.00 and 4 hungry kids.

Service is extremely slow here. Showed up when my pickup order was supposed to be ready. It wasn't ready. Had to wait another 30 minutes. Emailed customer service and they ignored my email.
